Dr. Majdi I Alrabady

Went for a standard cleaning. Staff was completely changed. Cleaning went well overall and the technician was very nice and helpful and gave me some good tips on how to improve oral hygiene for my case. Doctor comes in and gives me the clear says I will need a crown in the back tooth where he gave me a partial root canal 3 years ago. Says I tried to help you but you did this to yourself and walks out. Dental hygienist examines the tooth again and requests an x ray. She finds out from this that it is infected. He comes back in and now says it will need to be extracted, very short with me basically leaves the same as last time; I requested medicated mouthwash to help with gums. 3 days later I am having very bad symptoms of infected tooth. I call back in and Doctor refuses to prescribe antibiotics as he instructed me it is a chronic infection and to rinse with medicated mouth wash (this is a blatant lie I requested the mouthwash) This doctor is rough, he is rude; and a liar. AVOID.

Avoid this place! WORST dentist EVER. Refused to pull a tooth, insisted on root canal, gave me x-rays when I told him I didn't want them due to having a brain tumor, lied about fees, I had to go months with a gaping hole in my mouth and pick food out with a paper clip - because he didn't want to finish the root canal until I paid in full! Then, he tells me I needed a $1000 crown! I had that MESS taken to another place and had it pulled for $43!!

Personable staff and an excellent Doctor. Thank you for taking care of myself and my family.

I am so happy to have found this dentist in my new neighborhood. He is reasonable in prices, a very personable man, and a thorough dentist interested in his patients. Every person is special to all the staff. All of them are very friendly and always showing their smiles!! Very good people. Very professional. So glad I found them! My teeth feel great!

I am so scared of the dentist. I've had 2 appointments so far and Dr. Alrabady is very gentle and calming. The staff is phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not as scared anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it. I would recommend York Dental/Dr. Alrabady to EVERYONE I know.

Dr. A and the staff at York Dental are efficient, friendly and caring! I have major anxiety going to the dentist and after only 2 visits, I feel so much more calm and will recommend to everyone I know. The staff is excellent. I am regular patient of this clinic I am fully satisfied the way i was treated for my teeth cleaning. Doctor and the nurses are excellent, they treat patients like family members. They scheduled appointments as per my convenience. I am going to refer my friends to visit this clinic for excellent patient care.

I had a great experience here. The check in process was smooth, the wait time was only ten minutes and when I got back there the dental hygienist was very informative and helpful. She cleaned my teeth and gave me advice and was very thorough with the explanation. The doctor came in and was just as informative. I would highly recommend York Dental to anyone!

I was in for a filling. The staff is GREAT, the dentist is GREAT!!! The only thing I did not like was the cost. There has got to be something out there that cuts the cost of dental work. Like I said I went in for a filling, and it turned out that the tooth needed a root canal. I was not able to afford it so I just had them go ahead and fill it. I am sure I will have to have the root canal done, but I need to shop around for different prices.

I have been coming to Dr A for 4 years now and I have never been disappointed. Every visit has been pleasant even if it feels like torture because of having major work done or not. He and his staff are always so kind and gentle. They made getting braces as an adult very simple and kind of humorous. Thank you.

The office is very clean and the staff members are personable and professional. I had two wisdom teeth removed with only a pinch of pain. It was fast and the recovery was easy. I highly recommend Dr. A. This place is great!

Before I came to York Dental I was so scared to go to any dentist. I have been a patient at York Dental for three years now. My whole family now goes here. The Doctor is very patient and does not want to hurt anyone. I love York Dental and I am not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. The whole office has great customer service and they really care about their patients! It shows!

I haven't seen a dentist in 18 years, but I needed one to extract a molar that was just hanging around;literally!! I could have used a pair of pliers to pull it at home, but not knowing the after effects the decision was made to go to a pro. York Dental was 4 blocks from my residence,so I went there. I explained my situation to a highly professional team who actually listened and cared. Being 64 years old and on S.S. I had limited funds available to me in the middle of the month, and was informed that it was no problem! And it wasn't! Kudos to the Dr. and his staff! Folks, do not hesitate to go to these people! They are fantastic!

I've been here a few times, Dr. A pulled a tooth for me, and even with my special needs, where I would normally have to go to an Oral surgeon, I felt at ease., and it was practically painless! I will recommend him to all my friends, and employee's looking for a dentist. The level of care is superb!

A really nice dentist who has the friendliest staff ever. They spoil us with tons of freebies & our kids have won 2 contests with gift cards us they always get cookies & ice cream gift cards. Highly recommend!!!

This dental practice is clean and welcoming. Very professional, but personable too. Prompt service, explained everything, gave cost estimates for additional procedures needed and can accommodate my schedule. I couldn't ask for a better dental experience.

This is the least compassionate dentist I have ever encountered in my 44 years of life. I will never return to this dentist. I have a high threshold for pain but he pushed me to the limits. He checked my fit...it was good. Dr Alrabady proceeded to clean the area with floss to remove cement. He asked if it bothered me while he tore away at my gum tissue; he stated this is what bothered most patients. I confirmed I was fine. He then slowly knotted his dental floss over my head while I was watching and proceeded to floss and tear into my already bleeding gum tissue which was a result of his poorly seated temporary crown. The finish product is great but it did not come without a great deal of unnecessary pain. I hope this man lea...

They remember birthdays and are just so personable. Everyone is always so nice. And they take the time to work around your schedule. Its a little gem in a big city. If a dentist is needed. I would highly recommend york dental.

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST. Majdi Alrabadt is a DDS not a MD he rather charge for a x-ray and not work on cause he is worry about some that is not relevant to mouth work. My girl had an appointment to have a tooth remove because it was broken in 2 pieces he refused to work on her because she had cervical cancer in the past that is not active and was treated. He is not a MD this should of not stopped him from doing what he is pay for at his place of business.

I rated four stars because this was my first visit but everyone was so pleasant and it is a clean office and the Dental assistant was one of the nicest I have seen in a long time my 11 year old daughter said she wish she had been going to York Dental instead of her previous Dental office.

As always, our visits are wonderful. Never have any complaints. I have been very happy with the friendliness at every visit. We are treated like family by the staff. It feels like home when we come through the door. My kids and I love it.
