Majid Ghazi

Center for Pain Medicine helped me when no other facility did. I went to other pain clinics whose only solution to significant neuropathy pain was a cream. Dr. Ghazi at Center for Pain Medicine immediately told me that he thought they could help me. I have been through a trial and it reduced my pain by over 50% and I think it will get even better. In addition, every single person I had contact with was very friendly and caring. I would not send friends and family to any other pain clinic.

Dr. Ghazi is very attentive to my issues due to chronic pain. I have had 2 injuries, one to my lower back and one to my neck. Dr. Ghazi recommended a Medtronic Pain pump using morphine in that delivery system to help me manage my pain. I had been prescribed and used oral opioid medications, P.T., site injections, Fentanyl patch and other medications to use both topically and orally. I had also had ruptured disc surgery in my lower back and was told by a surgeon he would recommend a 5 level fusion in my neck. That is a surgery I did not wish to pursue. Dr. Ghazi performed my first pain pump implant in 2015 and after 5 years I had my first pump removed and my second pump implanted in 2020. With Dr. Ghazi's care, my Medtronic Pain pump delivery system, Myofacial Release, and counselling I am able to manage my pain so that I am able to live my life in the most pain-free life I am able. I am very thank to Dr. Ghazi and his staff for their wonderful contribution and care in my life.

The only time ever that I had to ask if the procedure was over. I held off for years not wanting another cortisone shot because the last one at another practice gave me the worst possible pain, passed out and swore I would not have another. From the receptionists to nurse's to Dr. GHAZI, I was treated like royalty never felt a thing. Just unbelievable that I waited a couple years of no quality of life. Thanks

Very satisified with De Ghazi's diagnosis.

This clinic and staff saved my life. I have CRPS and many doctors wrote me off and refused to see me. Dr. Ghazi listened and did treatments that have worked. I just had a pain pump placed after a great trial. I am down to almost zero pain. I am able to go back to my normal life without restrictions.

I saw Dr Ghazi initionaaly but after that it was Dr Gaetz. Both Drs. Do excellent work and know what they are doing. I wouldn’t be here if not for them.

Friendly staff and fast and accurate service. Doctor Goetz, is the best at refilling my pump with medication. I will not go anywhere else for my pain management.

I was very pleased with Dr. Ghazi’s help in determining what procedures are needed to alleviate my back pain. Therapy is beginning and is the initial step. I look forward to better days ahead.

I have been with Dr. Ghazi since 2010 and do not plan to go elsewhere. I have had two stimulator implants and a number of injections for pain.

I was referred to Dr Ghazi’s pain clinic by my Primary in December, 2019. Dr. Ghazi and Dr. Goetz (his partner) have been trying to help my neck pain with different procedures. These Doctors are amazing and really care about me and my pain! They take the time to answer all my questions!!! His staff are very caring too from the receptionist to the nurses to the X-ray tech. I had wonderful care and felt comfortable through all of my procedures in which all went very smoothly. After my last procedure, I finally have some relief!!! They did not give up on me. I have recommended Dr Ghazi’s pain clinic to my family and friends.

I had a "Televisit" with Dr. Ghazi a couple days ago. He is a gifted physician who, when I am in his care, either in person or with a televisit, causes me to feel that my care and how I am feeling is his greatest concern in all the world. He has helped me immeasurably!

Rushed, rude, and probably incompetent. I had much results and experiences with another clinic, which is not in Fargo. If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Dr Ghazi is a great listener, is very knowledgeable and has many weapons in his arsenal to combat chronic pain. We, in Fargo, are blessed to have wonderful pain care physician in our city.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ghazi's for several years now. He has been a great help in reducing the chronic pain left after several failed back and neck surgeries. Everything from a spinal stimulator to trigger point injections have improved my quality of living. There is not a easy solution to pain relief and I do not like to take strong pain pills. He really cares about his patients and finding a solution for their pain. I have confidently told others about Dr. Ghazi and his staff at Center For Pain Control Clinic.

I have been a patient for 10 years now to deal with TMJ pain. I have had two surgeries with no relief. Dr. Ghazi understands my pain and I am very at ease talking to him about my situation. His front desk staff is wonderful and treat me well and even chat with me. This is important. His nursing staff is awesome!

Very professional, answered my long list of questions, listened to my concerns. I left feeling that I could communicate with him and that he was trustworthy and would not do a procedure on me if I was not a candidate.

Dr. listen to me with my back problems and then sent me to have an MRI, so we will go from there.

I had a poor experience with Dr. Ghazi. He didn't spend much time with me in the office setting considering he is a Specialist. He flies in & out of the office - sometimes not even sitting to discuss my pain He would give me injections without asking me if I was hurting in that area & he would order MRI's for myself without explaining the results to me. Staff is friendly but Dr. Ghazi needs improvement in that area. I am 'moving on' to find a Pain Dr. that is personable!

He is an assuming a-hole.

Patient for a couple yrs now. Will always recommend! Dr. Ghazi is a great listener and will work with you to find the best personal treatment plan!

Painfull but, it works

I have been a patient of Dr Ghazi's for several years. He is truly a very caring person and a great Dr. I trust my care to him.

Dr Ghazi and his wonderful staff took such time and care with me and made sure all of my concerns about the procedure I was about to have were answered. I love that I never felt like a number, at every step everyone took time to listen to me and made sure during the procedure that I was okay and comfortable. From the first consultation to the follow up exams I was so very happy with my care. I would highly recommend Dr. Ghazi and his staff!!!

Dr. Ghazi and his staff are very welcoming and incredibly helpful. I appreciate that the focus is NOT on medication, but rather more long term solutions. Being a person that has had to deal with chronic pain due to RA, fibromyalgia, a back injury, etc for several years; Doctors tended to dismiss the extent of my pain. Dr. Ghazi has worked tirelessly with me to treat the conditions that are causing the most pain and finding solutions to lessen the pain so that I am able to better enjoy my life

When you're tired of trying everything to manage your chronic pain, it is worth seeing Dr. Ghazi for a consult. Having a Dr. who has many medical options he can offer besides just medications, and his whole practice and specialty is offering more up to date medical procedures that provide pain relief. We are lucky to have him in the area.

Dr. Ghazi was very thorough and listened to me. I felt very confident in his recommendations. His staff was professional and the facility was beautiful. My epidural steroid injection went perfectly.

Dr Ghazi and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. I've never felt like like a number, nor have I ever felt like I've been rushed during any of my appointments. He always takes the time to put me at ease and ensure my understand and comfort. He and his staff remember the little things that make me totally different from other patients and that makes me feel so much more than just another person that's being treated. I recommend Dr Ghazi and Center for Pain to anyone that has chronic pain.

I have back problems been to many doctors. I can say I finally get relief from back pain from Dr. Ghazi. Himself and staff are great, they explained everything. I can lead a normal life with doing many activities. I have had different procedures Dr. Ghazi has performed. They did wonders.

after being in awful pain for nearly 5 months I was referred to Dr M. Ghazi at the pain clinic. He as well as his staff have truly changed my life. I drive 250 miles to keep my appointments and would every week if necessary. THANK YOU DR. GHAZI.

I highly recommend Dr Ghazi. He has been the only Dr that has helped me with my pain. he is amazing

He is too busy. Many of the procedures he undertook did not work. It take way too long between procedures, while I was in constant pain, and there were no good reasons for the delays. Having had similar procedures elsewhere, I have discovered how much better (less painful, more effective) those procedures could have been done by Dr. Ghazi. His prescriptions were a big improvement over a previous physician's prescriptions.

Dr. Ghazi is a very nice man. However, I have felt rushed through some procedures. I have had the misfortune of having alot of work done on me in the past year. Some work was with different physicians doing the same procedure as done by Dr. Ghazi. Two important procedures were done much better than what was done by Dr. Ghazi. I may or may not return for care, I regret to say.
