Long waits in waiting room not remembered when getting to the back and I feel that doesn’t really listen to all the thing’s going on or explanation of what is going on in a way I could understand

He's helping me with my headaches.

Been calling for 3 days and can’t get anyone to answer, return a phone call, anything.

Dont even waste your time trying to make a appointment. Called everyday for a week straight and goes straight to Voicemail. It tells you to leave a message but no one ever calls you back LOL

Never answers the phone I don’t like that they schedule my appointments so far back I got to wait a whole month to see the neurologist and then the neurologist writes me a referral to get the same test over and over again that I waited almost months to get the results back from him ! Still haven’t got my full diagnosed cause the neurologist keep sending me to get the same test done which is very annoying In the meantime I will be looking for another neurologist nice dr in all but just no!!!! Uhunnnn ???? I see why they are rated the rate they are my doctor referred me to this neurologist I didn’t not choose him ! He looked an MRI that my PCP ordered. I didn't even send him the test but he quickly got on the computer to view it. The test said normal but he quickly disagreed with the MRI doc and actually found a brain tumor. So far I can't complain.

Bad bad. He has no bed side manner. Ran me threw the mill with test and said nothing wrong called it stress and anxiety. Had a EEG test witch I ended up with bed bug bites the bed bugs because they put dirty equipment on me. Then he said there’s no way I caught from his equipment. I didn’t have bites tell I got the equipment put on me and then a few weeks later I found the bugs. Put me on medication that made me worse. I found a new doctor and got a second opinion. I don’t ever recommend anyone to see this doctor he should have his license taken away cause worst Doctor I have ever had. Best thing out of this I got second opinion and had to ween off medication to start new medication. I was diagnosed with Essential Tremors. Bad bad. He has no bed side manner. I first met him when he breezed into my hospital room. Didn’t identify himself and proceeded to do a Neuro evaluation of me. He finished and left. After reading all the reviews I definitely will not be calling for a follow up appointment. Who needs that care?

So currently at neurologist and Dr. Almsaddi came into the room and then proceeded to handle other clients via his cellphone! We have been sitting here awhile, he's been texting, on the phone, on his laptop. Very unprofessional! Never coming back

Not good at all the receptionists are nice but the doctor is NEVER THERE. I am a patient person but I should not have to wait an hour for the doctor when he’s not even in the building. It’s just purely unprofessional almost every appointment I have to wait 40 minutes to an hour for him and he’s not even there and most appointments are check ups in the first place that should only take 30 minutes or less. Southfield office has the worst scheduling system, they scheduled 3people at same time. My mom is been dr. Malaz’s patient for years, we used to go to the troy office, but our appointment got rescheduled due to not avalibilty to the Southfield office the worst experience they schedule us @1:00 pm for 2 appointments in row for ekg then with the doctor, till 2:30pm we still waiting to see the doctor, i missed another appointment same day because of that. Terrible Dr, nice office staff. One star is simply too many. Lacks compassion and refuses to address patients' concerns. We only see him because of insurance. Moved office 3 times in the past 2 years and not for the best, current office on Hall Rd and Hayes has a converted closet for a waiting room and not enough seats for the wait time experienced. We waited 1 hour in the "reception " and stood for another hour in the exam room before he came. We had repeatedly explained to him that the car ride is exhausting to my hopelessly ill father but he insists on seeing him every 1-2 months, he insists on prescribing meds that my Dad refuses to take and we cannot afford. He wasted the last visit which both my mother and I had to lose work hours for on asking us what we do and what my age is and how many siblings I have. And of course, he didn't renew my Dad's life saving medication RX, we had to wait a week for that and make several calls and trips to the pharmacy. Terrible Dr, nice office staff. I don't normally ever leave bad reviews but it's been almost a year since I came in and am still upset by the terrible experience I had here. Doctor clearly doesn't read patient charts before prescribing experimental medicines and not disclosing common side effects. If you value your long term health, go anywhere but here. I cancelled all my follow ups after having a several week long reaction to only two doses of the the drug he was pushing, and found a different doctor who actually took the time to understand the issue. He is a wonderful doctor, excellent bed side manor, times have changed people.....he responds via phone text for important hospital issues as he did for me always , very helpful and explains everything. Staff is

By far the worst doctors office I have ever been to. The office staff is a bunch of incompetent people. When you call the office no one ever answers the phone. Most of the time it goes straight to voicemail and when you leave a message they NEVER return your call. All I need is for them to fill out the pre-authorization paper work for a medication they prescribed to me. My pharmacy sent them the paperwork two weeks ago and my insurance company has not yet received it. I have called them numerous of times and left numerous messages and no one has called back. How they schedule appointments is beyond me. I had to call back six times to schedule an appointment for my results. If you need a neurologist I highly suggest you to not goto this one. Wish I could leave zero stars! This place is absolutely terrible! My husband was referred here due to a concussion. First the office is in no hurry to get you scheduled, after finally getting in they scheduled my husband for an MRI. The day before his MRI he receives a call from the hospital stating that they have to cancel his appointment. After an hour on the phone playing the middle man between this office and the hospital it turned out the dr office “forgot” to send his paperwork over to the hospital! It has now been nearly two weeks since his MRI and he has yet to receive any follow up from the MRI! My husband calls almost daily to the office. Of course nobody ever answers the phone so you have to leave a voicemail but nobody ever calls back!! My husband has been out of work for a month! He’s miserable everyday and I hate seeing him like this. This has got to be the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever dealt with in my life! This Office is unorganized, the front desk cannot schedule properly or send in prescriptions, their test administrator cares more about making it to their kid's cub scout meeting on time rather then performing a 20 minute test that their patient took time off of work and drove an hour to get to. I don't know where to begin its been so bad. The office staff never follow through with anything they are supposed to do. Paperwork that needs to be faxed they send 6 weeks later then when they do send it its incomplete. If I wouldn't have called the company myself we would have never known because when the company tried to call his office they don't answer the phone. WHAT'S NEW! My husband has cluster headaches that are the worst I have seen. This is why they call them suicide headaches when a new medication comes out that could possibly help the Dr doesn't suggest it until the steroids that he gave him didn't work which never do. That was June 22nd and now its august 7th still does not have the medication because the staff can't seem to get it right. They are rude they don't answer the phone when they do answer they hang up on you. When you are in so much pain that you can't function you would think they would show some compassion. NEVER. I am patient of Dr. Malaz and I think he is the best. The clinic's staff are awesome and I Dr. Malaz has helped me with my medical issues and I feel just perfect now.

My wife and I are patients of Dr. Almsaddi and he has done an excellent job in taking care of us. All those board certification on his wall are no joke - he knows his stuff and on top of that he's a caring guy with a great sense of humor.

A doctor is only as good as the staff that he hires. I believe Dr. Almsaddi is a good doctor, but he needs a better staff.

I have seen many Doctors but DR Almasaddi is the best you will ever find,,! And his staff is great!!

I have seen many doctors for my migraines but this doc is the best. Great Staff too.

zero stars, wait forever get no answers, hard to get a hold of anyone in the office, no follow up on any test results without paying for an office visit

Dr. Almsaddi is a very kind, professional, and knowledgeable physician.

Waited three hours for him to Yawn and not even listen to what my problems were did not help me at all waste of time would not recommend this doctor to anybody. Also set on phone during my visit and texted as well horrible Dr. horrible office

Very difficult to get a hold of the office. Staff is not friendly and not helpful. Almsaddi is a ok doctor,but would not recommend him or his office.

He answers his phone while he is in an appointment with you. He does not offer things for example, a script for a wheelchair or a handicap sticker application. You must ask for EVERYTHING. Can not get anyone on the phone, or a call back. They have taken 7 weeks to send in an authorization for an mri, then they didn't do it correctly, and it was rejected. In those 7 weeks, not a single phone call was returned to our family. Unacceptable, I wouldn't recommend. He can not retain any staff!

I would not recommend this practice to anyone!! Very unprofessional and unorganized! Sat there for 3 hours waiting for the doctor to show up to his own office and he never showed up then had to get MRI and their office would not call back my insurance company for the referral and refused to return my calls

The front office is terrible, won't call you back regarding important notifications, will give you attitude when you ask questions. Billing Dept. is just as bad. Dr. is not personable either and awful bedside manner. My significant other is having seizures and considering the issues we are having you would think they would be caring.

Went there for a consult after tumors were found on my spine, from MRI. Less than 3 minutes into the consult said nothing can be done, he can't help. Then proceeded to talk to me about a condition I know I have had all my life. Would not even order new tests. Said he was not sure what was causing the problems that brought me there. Not very happy, family was not happy either.

Staff are very bad and unorganized. 2 years ago I had to reschedule my MRI twice with the hospital because they messed up the test code. last week they called me a day before to reschedule my appointment to tomorrow. I called them today to confirm my tomorrow's appointment and they said " we don't have any appointment for you" so they wanted to give me a third appointment on the 12th of this month and I said forget it and I am sick of this staff and will change the doctor. Don't recommend at all
