Although the sub-office in Stillwater was older it was clean and well kept. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable. The doctor was pleasant and explained things well. He made some good suggestions and prescribed a pain cream and shoe inserts to help with the pain. The overall experience was positive and Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable and supportive. I would recommend him to anyone that asks.
Office seems run down and kind of dirty. Heard dr. talking in hallway about a patient being dumb and some other not nice things about the patient. HIPPA was violated ,you could see patient files laying on counter where you check in.
One of the most cordial, nice Doctors I have seen. Hardly any waiting time: efficient, helpful, and effective.
Absolutely the rudest doctor I have ever encountered!! He talked down to my elderly mother! He was rough with her! He left the room and never came back. Guess he was finished with her by never said so! Would NOT recommend him to ANYONE!!
Kind, caring, conservative approach, competent
My appointment was supposed to be at 10am, and I scheduled it 2 weeks in advance. After 2 hours of sitting in the tiny dirty little waiting room, it was finally my turn. All he told me was to take more antibiotics, & just like the first time gave me no further instruction on anything. I asked what I should do to help it heal and all I got was don't mess with it No clue if I need to make another appointment or not. Receptionist was rude and Dr Smith didn't seem to think I was worth his time.
