My husband wasnt feeling well for a couple of days and he decided to make Dr. Nayyar his pcp. As soon as he called her she sent him to the ER. Soon after he arrived at the ER they told him he is lucky he came in or he could have had a massive heart attack. Dr. Nayyar's husband who is also a doctor, came by and visited my husband at the hospital. They were following him every step of the way and even called after work hrs to check on him. I was so impressed at the care that she provided to him that I decided to switch my PCP and make her my primary doctor. They work hard, are humble and never stop thinking about their patients. Thank you Dr. Nayyar!

The office staff is so rude and inept at collecting information or sharing information. I was scheduled for a Teladoc apt (which the doc no showed due to office staff lack of communication) as a hospital follow-up. The doc was 20 min late. My time is as valuable as any other so I called to see why the delay. I was told by the gal that answered the phone (no name given) that she tried to call to tell me about some insurance issue (which was incorrect). I asked when she tried to call, because I have had my phone with me all morning and asked if she left a message. She hesitated a bit, but stated yes she had. When I pointed out there was no call or message on my phone, she quickly moved on to the issue with my insurance and to cost for the session. I should be paying a copay and she told me I needed to meet the deductible so my office visit would be more. I proceeded to explain in depth my insurance program and what I should be paying and my deductible was not applicable to an office visit unless they were out of network which the doctor is not. She stated yes I would be paying my copay, but my deductable was not met so it was going to cost more. Let me be clear, I am VERY aware of how my insurance plan works and what to expect when visiting a doctor. This is not how my plan works. And to No call/No show for an appointment is VERY Unprofessional overall! I didn't even get to meet with the doctor so I could not leave a review on their competency. However, if their judgement is based on the staff in the office, then I would presume they do not make very good decisions. My suggestion for the office manager or doctors who MIGHT read this, either correctly train your staff on positive customer interactions as well as make sure they are articulate and competent with their skill set or clean house and start over. As a result I am going someplace else. My suggestion to researching clients - DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME with this office unless you have no other option. Your time will be waisted with incompetent office staff who will treat you like YOU are the problem. The office staff is so rude and inept at collecting information or sharing information. The very day we reached out to Dr. Nayyar, she professionally assessed my husband and immediately began assembling the best team of Doctors that we could have asked for. Things moved very quickly, 3 surgeries within a few weeks, because of her amazing coordinating skills, something we desperately needed. There is a long road ahead and we will still put our trust in Dr. Nayyar moving forward. Because of her professional medical skills and insight, I know she saved his life and we are forever grateful! The worse experience I have had with a Doctor. She does not listen and complains that I don’t let her speak. She is stubborn and will only do things her way. It took 10 days to get an appointment, when I got to her office ( after waiting 1/2 hour) her assistant brought me into an exam room and put her phone in my face for a video chat with Dr. Nayyar. I understand a need to be careful during these “COVID days”, just let me know before I go there. The final straw was when I called to discuss a treatment. As usual, she was too busy to speak and made me make an appointment to speak with her. When the time came, she did not answer the phone, it took 3 x to get through. Dr. Nayyar answers her own phone ( l believe her cell phone) with a hello, who is this? I always had to ask if it was her. All in all, the most unprofessional physician I have encountered in my 62 years. If you have another option, go elsewhere and save yourself grief. She should be in research, not dealing with humans.

From the day we reached out to Dr. Nayyar, she medically assessed my husbands issues and began assembling the best team of Doctors we could have hoped for. Things moved very quickly, 3 surgeries within a few weeks, something he desperately needed. If it weren't for Dr. Nayyars honest medical assessment, and her amazing coordinating skills, he would not be here today. There is a long road ahead, but we are putting our trust in Dr. Nayyar moving forward. She is a Doctor to listen to, she is a true medical professional.

My mother is a patient of Dr. M Nayyar. Dr. Nayyar does not listen, and when you can get her to converse she seems to not care or just blows our concerns off. She does not communicate and and does not appear to have her patients' best interest. The has made it worse. She needs to retire as her patients are not her top priority.

Very attentive, knowledgable and caring. Her concern was real and she took the time to listen, understand and the detailed explanation of her answers was just amazing. Almost got a medicine 101 lesson. I would definitely recommend her.
