First time here, and I’m very pleased with the service I have received. The dental assistant Tamorra was very helpful.
If I could give zero stars I would the way I’ve been treated by Dr. Mano should have put her out of practice. Dismisses the fact that your in pain and won’t listen to any of your concerns she’s awful. I’ve had the WORST dental experience being under her care. She’s rude and condescending, treated me like I didn’t understand anything but that was because she didn’t explain anything to me! They told me she was the best to do crowns what a JOKE. Her and her staff talked about me inappropriately right outside the door. Made me feel unsafe and dismissed. Dr. Mano is simply amazing. I personally have been with her for over 11 years and want others to know that if they want a great dentist who is gentle, knowledgeable, and teaches patients as they make dental decisions... then go to Dr. Mano! Dr. Mano is the ONLY dentist we will see. We drive an hour just to see her! I have been going to her since 2007, and have had both major work (bridge, root canal, etc.) and routine exams. I love Dr. Mano for multiple reasons: 1) She is patient, kind, and gentle. 2) She teaches patients the information needed to make good long term dental decisions. 3) She did SUCH a great job on my bridge (three front teeth!) that even hygienists cannot tell the difference and try to floss my bridge. =)
I've been seeing Dr. Mano for over two years and her work is amazing, gentle, and precised. Her treatments have been healthy. I had some serious work done on my teeth and Dr. Mano always new exactly what to do and how to do it. She made it vary comforting when work was being done; it almost seemed like she wasn't there. Dr. Mano is informative with the anatomy and how the body works and apply's with our teeth, which was not just a help to my mouth but help for my health. Thank you Dr. Mano
