He didn’t address my issue and refused to order my annual blood work even though I have not had blood work for over 2 years. I have a swollen lymph node and he brushed off my concerns. I will not be returning to this doctor.

I should've read these reviews before seeing him to begin with. I came back from Guatemala with serious traveler's stomach issues and sent a message to Dr. Torres requesting medication to treat it. Didn't get a response until about a week later and to add insult to injury was told I needed to make an appointment. Really?

Very good doctor and very professional

The doctor was Great. The office staff was very un usefull. they printed so many papers, they could not help me find a place that was in network. One lady came and talked to me so loud and mad telling me they cant help me find someone in network. I almost cried, when she saw my face she had to lower her reprimanding loud voice. I left there scared to go back.

Dr. Torres was extremely attentive and truly listened to me and my concerns.

Dr. Manuel Torres is a shining example of the expected care that should be given to all patients. Dr. Torres deserves only accolades for his interaction with me as my health care professional.

Dr Torres reviewed medical history I brought with me, discussed current medication, any symptoms I was experiencing and recommended changes to the medications and explained why he was recommending those changes. He was detailed in his explanations and answered all my questions

Dr. Torres always treats me like he is not in a rush. He takes the time to both explain and discuss my/his concerns if any. I have recommended him to many people and will continue to do so. It's not to feel like your doctor genuinely cares for you and your issues.

Excellent professional

I like Dr Torres a lot but the last few years he doesn't seem to listen to what I say. He gets fixated on my blood pressure which I understand is a concern but I have made changes to my diet and lifestyle and I was actually lighter than my last visit. He gets fixated on the number and prescribes a medication that I have taken before and causes discomfort and I told him as much but he doesn't listen. I am overweight but I also have a highly stressful job and I believe this affects my blood pressure but we never have this conversation, only push more drugs.

Doctor thoroughly went thru all procedures since last visit and advised future procedures and explained thoroughly

The doctor was informed of what is ailing me and is helping me to resolve.

Dr. Torres is very through. Always listens to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. He reviews my chart to go over and past concerns to make sure everything has been resolved. He is the best PCP I have ever had.
