Dr. Marc Brodsky

Avoid this doctor!! Dr. Brodsky does not listen. I took my husband, who is currently in a wheelchair and lives in assisted living, to an appointment with him. The doctor's advice was not good, and yet he kept repeating it. The appointment took WAY TOO LONG. The doctor was subtly insulting toward me, but did not give me a chance to reply. My son had just begun helping me get my husband to doctor appointments. Dr. Brodsky talked for such a long time, that my son missed a therapy appointment and consequently told me he couldn't help me with his dad any more. I missed a meeting I had at 3:30pm that day. The appointment with Dr. Brodsky was for 1:30pm. He never shuts up. He keeps saying you will have a chance to respond, but he isn't interested in hearing you. My husband has poor memory currently. Dr. Brodsky didn't even slow down to allow my husband to speak. Avoid this doctor!! Dr. Brodsky does not listen. very thorough, caught a serious blockage when other tests did not. Good office staff as well.

He seemed ok but wanted me to take statins for cholesterol. When I indicated I was taking an herbal supplement for this, he said the prescription was made from that herb. He then made fun of me with his assistant when he thought I couldn’t hear them. When I got home I found on the internet that he accepted $25,0000 in one year from the statin company (prescription manufacturer). Wanted me to return every three months. Noped out on him.

He was caring, compassionate, intelligent. He has excellent training and provided excellent care. He took his time with me and treated me as an individual.
