Mr. Marc L. Concepcion

Marc Concepcion killed my mother. IF YOU WANT YOUR PARENT TO DIE THAN GO TO MARC CONCEPCION!!! He misdiagnosed my mother after knowing him for so many years. Dr. C or Marc as I used to call him years ago was a great doctor. Hence the word "was". But not anymore, after times of attempted phone calls and updates he stopped caring about my mom as a friend and a patient. After years of assurances to me for years concerning my mother's health. We come to find out she had a huge radiation latency effect that was easily detectable, but this egregious misdiagnosis led to her death. Dr. C is the type of doctor that has made me lose faith in the healthcare system. Easily this is a medical malpractice case, as there are so many other incidents in his practice from what I've heard from previous workers at Riverbend under his practice. I battled with my mother to get second opinions, but she carried so much faith in him as a clinician and friend. He is the reason for her death in my honest opinion. Marc Concepcion killed my mother. My visit was horrible. He was 30 mins behind and rushed right through my appointment. His bedside manner was horrible. He did not listen to me or seem to care at all. He told me he doesn't prescribe meds. As if I only went in to get medication! I am in pain and want help. I don't do drugs and am not looking for any. Just because someone has tattoos you should not judge! He said he needed to move on and didn't have time. He walked me to the front desk and said he doesn't need to see me again. There wasn't a solution or recommendation for any of the issues I was there for. What kind of doctor treats his patients like that? I do not recommend Dr. Marc Concepcion at all. He is horrible.

Misdiagnosed my mom. Never followed up after countless times he was told she was in the hospital. Find another PCP, unless you want to be misdiagnosed.

What a mess...non ethical, not timely, impossible to get in touch with, gives you only 10 minutes, promotes what is right for him...poor listening skills...my dog gets way better attention from the vet than I do from this man. Horror...I can not believe his practice is existing.

Dr. Concepcion seems to be a doctor that is genuinely concerned about my situation (Diabetes). He has me schedule monitoring visits & labs every 3 months.

Do not value their potential patients. Very rude receptionist. Please teach your staff how to talk to your potential patients. She put me on a long hold, so I would not be able to talk to somebody else.

This is my Primary Doctor and he is great!!! All the staff is very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better doctors office. Very happy camper here.
