I have been a patient of Dr. Czapla's for over a decade. The doctors and entire staff are professional, accommodating, and friendly. They do an amazing job in providing solutions to enable you to feel minimum discomfort during cleaning and procedures. I have very sensitive teeth and they are very helpful in making my experience pleasant. Additionally, the dental care I have received has always been the best; I have never had any issues and have been very happy with the results. My entire family, parents, and friends all go to the Dental Shoppe and are also very happy with their care. I have had my dental work done with Dr Marc for over 15 years now and before him it was Dr Doug. Dr Marc is an excellent dentist!! Yes it's kind of pricey but you get what you pay for especially when it comes to dentists! If you care about your teeth go see Dr Marc. He takes the time to make sure the procedures are done right. To me that's worth paying a little bit extra. But if saving money and being cheap is that important to you just go buy a pair of pliers and rubbing alcohol to sterilize them from the dollar store. That n a bottle of ur favorite liquor for pain n do it yourself for around $7-$10. He's the best dentist by far in the area hands down. But I wrote this in a way u could choose quality that will last or saving money n paying more for him to fix!! Hope this helps!! They billed my insurance before work was done. Would not return money. After a period of time I agreed to let them do the caps. Doctor ground down the teeth too small. Caps broke off .Several other Doctors said same thing. After a number of years fighting problem and no front teeth I had posts put in.He is BAD NEWS. money hungry and not very good to boot. Everything was great! Don't like going to the dentist but everyone here is so polite and professional. Great experience!
