All good.

The staff is very professional and helpful in meeting my needs while answering any questions that I might have. Dr. Saad was very informative and personable during our visit. I would recommend him to my family and friends who would be in need of a specialist. The facility operates promptly and professionally. It was a very good appointment.

It was a pleasant experience with the check-in person, “prep” personnel, nurse assistant and doctor. My concerns were answered. All involved in my time there seemed competent and concerned with my well being. Keep up the good work. THANK YOU!

The staff was very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Marc Saad is brilliant, very knowledgeable about his Cardiac profession. He is compassionate with a great bed side manner. I would recommend Dr. Saad and CIS to anyone in need of an EP study Physician and Facility.

I was seen on each appointment in a short period of time from the appointment time. I was given good info on what to do when I Left the medical office and returned home !

Very friendly and informative in a stressful situation.

Did not have to sit waiting... quite prompt.. Very pleasant staff. Felt I was in good hands with Dr. Sad. Would recommend CIS to anyone.

I had a very pleasant experience at CIS and found every person that was involved my visit was professional and friendly. My visit to check my pacer/defribulater, EKG, blood pressure check and consultation with Dr Saad took about one hour.

Extremely knowledgeable about his speciality. Throughly explained my condition, what he could do to fix the issue and ensured I understood my condition, what causes it and ensured I understood his plan to correct it. Asked several times if I understood and whether or not I had any questions. Listened to everything I had to say.

I was a patient in 2017 and he refused to see me after 4 years due to being self pay patient.

Always nice and friendly. To the point kind of person which I like.

Dr. Saad and his staff have cared for me for a number of years. Alway professional, and possibly just as important, they are always helpful and kind.

He listened and answered my questions. Doesn’t sugarcoat; he is honest and upfront.

Dr SaaS has taken excellent care of me. He listens, is compassionate, cares for his patients and dies an outstanding job. I wish there were more stars to give him!

Worst experience of my life with Dr. Saad. He performed a pace maker surgery on me with no anesthesia and I was wide awoke. Despite my screaming and crying, he kept cutting with no regards for my pain. I was told later he used lidocaine and fentanoyl during surgery. They told me during prep that the table was small so they tied my wrist to the table. Evidently they knew they were going to inflict a lot of pain on me before they started. No anesthesiologist was even present in the room.
