Nice, accommodating staff and super helpful

It was my first time and didn't know what to expect, but it was a good experience, doctor and stuff were very professional and answers all my questions, doctor gave me options for my treatment and that is very important for a patient.

Dr. Samson is one of the best doctors in the field: friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. His staff is very responsive and efficient.

I’ve always had a great relationship with my orthopedic doctor and his staff.

It was my first surgery I was a bit nervous, and everything went smooth, TKU Mrc, Samso, and Mary and the staff treating me like family TKU

So due to an injury, I tore my ACL and meniscus. I met with Dr. Samson and he was great I have had my surgery and I am doing great now! I am walking and recovering well!! The staff is awesome and very polite too! The only bad thing is their phone service it's very hard to reach someone other tab that their office is great!!

Very Efficient and pleasant in this office.

Dr. Sanson is very caring, listen to your concerns. Makes you feel confident with treatment. To me he is a great doctor and I recommend his services.

Dr. Samson is a great doctor, very helpful and compassionate. He really care for his patients. Marie is the best! She is always very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable.

I'm a former patient of Dr Samson...No complaints about him what so ever...this review is about his staff....I been callng and been on hold 3 separate times for 20 mins each... This is ridiculous..can't even get through and make an appointment

Dr. Samson operated on my knee (ACL and meniscus) a week ago. I went in with tremendous amount of anxiety about the post op pain. Everything went smoothly. I have had no pain what so ever. I have graduated from two crutches to one and walking 1000 steps a day. I can bend my knee 110 degrees with the help of the ACM machine. Minimal swelling. Just a badly bruised leg. I need to be patient and do the right things. It's in my hands now. His work was superb and his attitude is awesome, with friendly staff. Dr. Samson operated on my knee (ACL and meniscus) a week ago. I was referred by my PCP, however it was a positive experience. The staff was very friendly, efficient, timely and kept me well informed. I always think it’s great with the medical office is superb when they can complete X-rays/lab work within the office; they provided the X-rays. The physician was very knowledgeable, friendly, a good listener and timely. I would highly recommend Dr Samson and his practice to my family and friends. Ridiculously long wait times on the phone. I've been looking to get an estimate for an upcoming surgery to report to my insurance company. Today, I waited on the phone altogether for 2 hours — and DIDN'T GET AN ANSWER.

I’ve been several times and have had great experiences. Quality care and very friendly staff. Great place.

Maria is the worst she nevers calls when she says and she leads people on about surgery and she lies about helping you. I been waiting 3 years for knee surgery and the 2 days before surgery she canceled my surgery and she doesn't work hard for her patients. Dr. Sampson is a great doctor and cares about his patients. There aren't many Doctor anymore that are personal. Dr. Marc Samson,will relate to your personal needs and feelings. He won't rush in and out.

I had a really good experience. No problems really, he sente to physical therapy for a while, which was a wise choice and conservative which I appreciated. When I saw him I felt like I could trust what he was saying, he asked questions to get to know my situation and took his time. I then got Cortizone which is really the best we could do, for the moment and is working. Very nice office, extremely nice staff. Little bit of wait time, at the office. but that just means they’re busy and that impresses me, frankly. I had a really good experience.
