Dr Hochman is a wonderful Plastic Surgeon. He is a caring person who wants all of his patients to be happy with results. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my face!

Dr. Hochman and his staff were wonderful! I feel extremely confident in his hands and will see him again and again as my needs change. Felt it was a great visit & look forward to him doing my surgery.

My relationship with the Facial Surgery Center has been nothing short of great. The staff are good people and Dr Hochman is awesome. For me, It's been like when you finally find that one Doctor with magic hands and the knowledge. I am thoroughly pleased with Facial Surgery Center. Dr. Hochman is a wonderful human being who connects with his patients personally. He has treated me with the utmost respect and care. The staff is magnificent and helped me with whatever I‘be needed.

My experience with Dr. Hochman was marvelous! He is so talented. I went in asking for one thing and he diplomatically explained why another procedure would be better. He is a delightful person - kind, gentle, and caring - and he explained everything in great detail. I had no doubts that he wanted what was best for me and that he wanted me to be comfortable with it all. He was never rushed and extremely patient. His staff is stellar. They are all friendly, efficient, and capable! Follow up after surgery was also great. And my outcome could not have been any better. EVERYONE is complimentary and asks me who my doctor was! I could not be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Hochman. He is a fine gentleman and the finest surgeon!

I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone but Dr Hochman. I’ve had several procedures done over the last 20 years and only by Marcelo. Our approach has been slow and steady as age creeped in. He’s thorough and accurate while not being extreme. His work is impeccable.

The office staff here is wonderful and Dr Hochman is a very nice and gentle man. However, I had to get 2 surgeries to fix my initial rhinoplasty that he preformed on me. I still cant breathe as well as I did before getting the surgeries done and I never will. It was also extremely expensive because although his portion of the two follow up surgeries were at no cost, we still had to pay the hospital fee and anesthesiologist fee. The office staff here is wonderful and Dr Hochman is a very nice and gentle man. However, I had to get 2 surgeries to fix my initial rhinoplasty that he preformed on me. Dr. Hochman and his staff were wonderful.He helped get rid of the headaches in a week that I had been suffering with for almost a year. He was very informative and explained what he would be doing and what to expect. I would highly recommend Dr.Hochman to everyone.

I went for a consultation on chin liposuction and Dr. Hochman told me my best options for now are Ultherpy. Not anything invasive. He actually down sold me. :) Had the ultherapy with Mindy and she was fabulous, knowledgeable, kind, and just fun to be around. Went back for botox and Dr. Hochman reviewed me and gave me options to achieve the results I wanted as well as understood my reluctance to surgery at this time. The practice manager then came in to not "sugar coat" anything and gave me detailed advice on what was expected if I had surgery, how to plan, etc. When I got the injectables the doctor was very straightforward and hence I decided on the lowest priced option. :) That's the type of honesty I appreciate. The entire office staff is kind, nice, knowledgable, honest,don't try to upsell you, just good people. We came to doctor Hochman after seeing another plastic surgeon in our area for my daughter's birthmark on her face. The other plastic surgeon suggested 4-5 surgeries on my 1 year old. Dr. Hochman saw us and recommended a laser procedure to remove the birthmark. We had the procedure done on 11/6/2020 and we have been very pleased with the results! Dr. Hochman was very helpful and his staff at the MUSC Children's Hospital is AMAZING! They helped me stay calm and talked me through every step of the procedure from pre-op to post-op, and answered every question I had. We would recommend Dr. Hochman hands down! Dr. Hochman and his staff made my entire experience, from my initial inquiry right up through the completed procedure, a most pleasant process. Every one I engaged with made me feel valued and unhurried. The compassion and deep concern for my wellbeing, comfort and happiness was unrivaled. I knew I was in skilled, capable hands as soon as I spoke to Dr. Hochman and viewed pictures of the many children and adults he’s helped with facial concerns throughout his career. I was walked through the entire process, and no stone was left unturned. The nurse, Kim, even called me pre and post op to check on my well-being. There were no surprises as the doctor and staff afforded me everything I needed to know to have the best experience possible. Dr. Hochman even gives his patients his private phone number and encouraged me to use it if I needed to speak to him anytime of the day or night. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Dr.Hochman removed a venous lake on the surface of my lower lip. It would bulge out with blood that was very annoying. Now my lip looks perfect with no signs of the venous lake.

I cannot say enough good things about Mindy Chambers! I have been going to her for years- she's so meticulous at her job and always takes her time and goes above and beyond. The first time I met her she had me bring all of my face products in so she could examine and give recommendations on what's working/ not working for my face. My skin always looks and feels amazing right after her facials too. From the moment I entered the Facial Surgery Center, a sense of peace and calm came over me. I had never experienced such a thing! Here’s the thing: My experience only got better! I simply cannot imagine a better group of professionals! There’s a simpatico about them. They compliment each other in the most wonderful way! Dr Hochman did an amazing job on my eyebrow lift. It has reduced my migraines substantially and really improved how my whole face looks. Dr Hochman is incredibally skilled and makes himself available any time a patient needs him. He also has other options for me if my migraines creep back. I highly recommend Dr Hochman!

He told me what it was (nevus sebaceous of jadassohn) and that it was a congenital condition that carries some health risk. After thinking it over I decided to have his office remove it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the procedure went exactly how it was explained to me. I’ve suffered with headaches since 2008. And ever since I’ve been going to see Dr Hochman my headaches got less and less until they’re virtually gone. I’ve been to as many as 15 neurologists in the past, he’s the only one that has actually taken the headaches away

Even though we ended up not using Facial Surgery Center, it was a lovely experience and the staff was great. The recommendations on what to do were so helpful; they were not after us having unneeded services.

Went to remove a scar from a previous biopsy. Dr. Hochman and staff were wonderful. My results were better than I imagined. Especially the under-eye fat pockets which were purely cosmetic but WOW!
