Marcia was really knowledgeable and could relate to my issues. My appointment was efficient and no nonsense. She made me feel comfortable talking about my concerns because of her experience.

I was a new client with her & could only handle 2 appts before deciding this wasn’t a good fit. I too am a medical provider in another field, so patient care is important to me. She made me feel unwelcome by scolding me for not calling before entering the building even though I was never told to do so. She was extremely degrading to her assistant. I filled out a questionnaire before my 1st visit & she had the wrong chart pulled up for both appts & clearly had never read my chart. I don’t know if it was because she was unprepared or if she always does this, but she spent about half the appt talking about her life’s woes, interrupting me several times to continue on. At my next appt, she again had the wrong chart pulled up & didn’t have my appt on her sched. When I corrected her, she blamed her assistant, who had already quit. Throughout the appt, she made gross assumptions about me despite having never read my chart. She continued to turn the conversation on herself. I cxd my next appt.

Did not discuss my issues. I went for four weeks. Was not helpful.

Marcia was very helpful to me in a difficult time in my life. She was a great listener. I would recommend her to others.

not interested in helping, more interested in getting your money and getting you out. has wrong number on business card. after calling the number on the business card numerous times to cancel an upcoming appt. 2 months later received a late/cancelation bill for 75$ after admitting it was the wrong number on the business card. I do not recommend marriage counseling here.
