Dr. Marcos Machado

Dr Machado has never caused a long wait in the lobby. He is prompt, thorough and easy to understand. He is compassionate and not hesitant to do a referral when needed.

My fiancé tried to call and schedule an appointment for chronic intestinal pain. Instead he was bombarded by the receptionist, saying “ we don’t take patients on narcotics”, which he replied he wasn’t nor did he give them any reason to suspect he was? Then she proceeded to say she couldn’t do anything for him until he filled out the paperwork online, then processing would take up to 6 weeks, then if he was accepted, that would take up to another two weeks to get him an appointment. Oh, and he also needed to check with his insurance provider to make sure the doctor accepted that insurance... even though all the doctors websites and doctor review pages all state that he accepts our insurance? It took me two years to finally get him to agree to seeing a doctor over his issues, and after the treatment here, I doubt he will want to try another. Honestly a disgrace. Dr Machado is the best doctor I've ever been to! He helped me with medical problems that 2 other doctors could not figure out. He & his staff are the best! I highly recommend him!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Machado for years, and we love him. There have been several other practices in this building, but Dr. Machado has been the best so far. Whenever we go to see him he and his staff are always friendly and caring. Dr. Machado himself will listen to you when you tell him what's wrong and he will do his best each time to see what's gong on. The help and attention from Dr. Machado and his staff is phenomenal! My recently passed mother was 100 years old. Dr. Machado was always attentive and responsive. She saw him for many years and just loved him and his staff. Whenever I or the staff from Kindred needed answers or had concerns there was always prompt attention. The Kindred Home/Hospice nurses we dealt with over the years always appreciated how easy he is to get ahold of and how quickly their questions where answered. Excellent physician. He is caring, takes time to listen, one of the best. I'm very thankful for this good doc.

I love going to Dr. Machado, he takes his time with you, explains things well, is respectful of the decisions you make, and unlike every other Dr. i have ever seen in my life, he is very very timely.

I have seen several doctors and Dr Machado is the only one that has taken the time and asked me questions to help me with my medical problems. He is friendly, listens well, helpful, caring, and I never have to wait a long time to see him. The girls, Kara and Leslie, are extremely courteous, caring, helpful and friendly. I am glad I have found a good doctor that can help me. I recommend him very highly without hesitation!

My family has been seeing Dr. Machado since 2010. He does not rush you out of the office and takes his time to listen to your concerns. Can not recommend this doctor enough.

Great bedside manner. He is very thorough and listens well to what I'm saying.
