At three and a half month post surgery check up, I am pleased with my overall progress. I have minor discomfort going down stairs like normal people, no problem going upstairs. Dr. Ford made this possible and I am forever grateful.

I was in constant hip and leg pain for over 4 years. I saw at least 5 doctors, tried umpteen holistic approaches before I got to Dr. Ford. He listened to me and literally in 1 visit knew my diagnosis and treatment. Had a right hip replacement 3 weeks later and now....No pain. I couldn't be happier ☺️.

I had been told by two surgeons that I would have to undergo two separate surgeries for a total knee replacement. Thank goodness I found Dr. FORD! He accomplished my TKR in ONE surgery. He and his staff are very professional and considerate of their patient's wishes while still maintaining a high level of skill and care. I would absolutely recommend him to any of my friends and family!

Dr. Ford has been my orthopedic doctor ince 2018. He is amazing. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I do not have the standard hip replacement. Mine is much more complicated. He is honest about possible outcome of Surgeries. His staff, especially Melissa are so extremely helpful. Melissa is on the ball for sure. I love these guys. They have changed my life for the better.

Very convenient and personal. Could be a little faster. Overall friendly and supportive.

He is an amazing surgeon. I had a total knee replacement just went for my one year check up. And I can do so much more and I’m not in pain. I would give him 10 stars

Dr. Marcus Ford and staff performed absolutely the best knee replacement I could ever hope for. The pain was better after surgery than before. PT with Cody and Wade makes it even better! Thanks Dr Miller for referring me to Dr Ford!

He is always very nice and friendly. He takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions or concerns you have.

Dr. Ford took his time with me, answered all questions, and checked to make certain I agreed with his course of action. I was also seen within 20 minutes of arriving, which was great.

Let's startfirst with Dr. Ford's assistant. . She greeted me nicely and gave my left knee a full examination. She addressed my concerns very well. Few minutes later Dr. Ford came in and examined my knee again and answered all my questions. The staff were very wonderful. I highly recommend him and Campbell Clinic for all Orthopedic concerns.

I am very pleased with the kinematic knee surgery that Dr. Marcus Ford performed on my right knee in December. I have had minimal pain and am gaining movement and stamina sooner than I expected. Dr. Ford and his staff are professional, compassionate, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend Dr. Ford, Campbell Clinic, and the CC Physical Therapy department. They have worked as a team to provide amazing care.

My knee replacement has been really easy! Dr. Ford did a great job and my follow up appt. today was very good. He answered all my questions!

I was pleasantly surprised as it took less than 10 minutes from the time I checked in to be being escorted to an examination room! Depending on MRI result, Dr Ford took the time to explain possible options. An MRI was scheduled right there and then, 3 days from today’s visit. Dr Ford meant business as he was aware how painful my knee was the moment he tapped on it.

Once impressed with him. i am not now, after having a stress fracture diagnosed and i took a stumble causing a great deal of new pain was told that “ if you go looking something you’ll find it “ ??? “ what would be the point???” he clearly doesn’t understand the purpose of going to the doctor.. you share symptoms, he looks & investigates.. because if he finds it that’s a blessing to know what the problem is? “ what’s the point “? “ go looking for something you’ll find something “ ????? stupidity??

Dr. Ford eased my mind on my questions I had regarding my 2 total knee replacements that were done by someone else. Very courteous and professional, and explained to me in lamen’s terms

Excellent service

I Thought Dr. Ford was sincere and was thorough with ordering additional tests. This would calm my concerns and narrow down the root of my pains.

Dr. Ford provided a thorough explanation of what’s causing my pain. He made sound recommendations and set everything up.

My appointment was at 9:15 I was called back to get an x-ray really quick after my x-ray was over I had to wait about an hour and half before I was placed in a room to see the doctor and that was a quick, but overall the Staff at Campbell Clinic is great

Dr. Ford is such a wonderful Dr, he makes you feel very comfortable, and straight to the point, treats you with care I would recommend him highly to anyone with knee issues, him and his assistants have really helped me .

Although my total hip replacement was performed on a busy Tuesday morning, all staff from the woman at check-in to the Registered Nurses (Irene), the Physical Theralist, the Nurse anesthetist, the Anesthesia M.D. and Dr. Ford were excellent with explaining their process.

Dr. Ford was recommended by one of our church members who had had knee replacement done by him at Campbell Clinic. I had knee replacement on my right knee in November and have had three gel injections in my left knee. I had my third injection today (4/11/22), X-rays, and a doctor visit with Dr. Ford. I have a follow-up visit scheduled in six months. I would recommend Dr. Ford to anyone who needs knee replacement and, in fact, have recommended him to another person in my parish that needs knee replacement, Dr. Ford is a most caring and qualified surgeon and I will have my left knee replaced by him when the time comes to have it done.

Dr. Ford has been a great help to me with two knee replacement surgeries. He is the premiere surgeon at Campbell Clinic for specialized knee replacement surgery. His post-surgery care has been excellent. He has referred me to other physicians for other treatment, and their care has been top notch as well. I would certainly recommend Dr. Ford to anyone in need of knee surgery. Dr. Ford, thank you so much for your care and concern for me. JLL

The doctor explained my problem and recommended a treatment plan.He asked twice I’d I had any questions.He also wished me a Merry Christmas.

Superior performance. He properly evaluated my knee, did a partial knee replacement and I am totally satisfied with the result. Very personable as well. Knee is 90+% back to normal after 6 weeks.

I recently had a left hip replacement in July of this year and a right hip replacement in December of 2019. I find Dr. Ford to be an excellent Orthopedic Surgeon. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Dr. Ford and and his Staff to anyone seeking to anyone seeking orthopedic care. Thanks Dr Ford!!????????

Dr. Ford was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed as is often the case in large physician groups. Great physician! Memphis is lucky to have him!!

I thought I already did this recommendation. Dr. Ford is an excellent doctor. He did not do any of the 3 surgeries for me; he is following up on those 3, since the doctors who did perform them are not here at this time. Dr. David LaVelle did the knee surgeries ('06 and '13) and Dr. Patrick Toy did the hip replacement (2018). They, as well are/were excellent surgeons, and I have (thanks to them) been able to resume many activities that without those surgeries, I would not be able to readily perform (standing, cooking, making the bed, running the vacuum cleaner etc) presently and in the intervening years. I thank Dr. Ford for assuming those checkup responsibilities in their place. I will see Dr. Ford in 3 years for a similar checkup. He has a nice doctor/patient personality plus all those I encountered at CC were most hospitable and professional, as well.

My appointment was at 1:45. I waited over an hour in the outside waiting room. After filling out the required paperwork, I waited while the lady stapled papers together and filed them before she took my paperwork. The radiology tech was great. He was friendly and helpful. He explained everything that he was doing. Once I was in the exam room, the intern came in promptly. He asked lots of questions and took notes. He did a brief exam. The doctor followed fairly quickly after the intern. He had a pleasant manner. He completed a brief exam then covered what the radiology images showed. He covered the course of treatment. So from the time I arrived until the time I left, I was there for 2 hours 15 minutes. My appointment was at 1:45. I waited over an hour in the outside waiting room. I met with Dr. Ford due to experiencing pain in both knees. Dr. Ford always takes time to listen to his patients and gives the patient an opportunity to ask him questions, as well as offers the opportunity for patients to call him if other questions arise after leaving the office. He has a great bedside manner.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ford to family and friends. Dr. Ford took time to explain to me the upcoming surgery and the timeline for getting ready for surgery and what to expect after surgery. I left feeling very informed and ready to move forward.

We met with several members of the team. My upcoming surgery was explained clearly and in language I could understand. Four weeks after surgery, I slipped on the stairs and had a set back. As soon as I told physical therapy, they stopped everything and got me into Dr.Ford IMMEDIATELY to make sure I didn't do something serious. Once again, Dr. Ford saw me right away and, after a "once over" assured me that the operation is secure and all I did was stretch my muscles.
