Absolute worst physician I've ever encountered. I am a Type 1 diabetic so I have had my share of interactions with various physicians. He was the most judgemental, lack of any empathy physician I ever had. Two family members also saw him at the same time frame and had similar experiences. Just the worse. He also made you feel picked on if you needed to lose weight or exercise more, and sorry but it's hard to take someones advice, when they should take it themselves. I'm not sure where he is now, he was with Beaumont but he mysteriously disappeared from the practices roster of physicians. I stopped going after I contacted his office upon falling ill, with a life threatening illness and he never responded to my 3 calls, until 2 weeks after I was released from the ICU, to come in for a follow up. I can only imagine to charge my insurance and collect my copay.

Was looking for a new Dr. First and last appointment was not a good experience. Staff is not friendly and unprofessional. Appointment was at 3 pm but told since first visit to be there 30 minutes early.Arrived 45 minutes early but was not taken until 3. The "nurse" that took me to exam room acted like she was doing me a favor and that she would rather be home. The whole presentation of the office was poor.. looked not clean. Bathroom that I was sent to use for a specimen was not clean. The Dr.came in around 3:30pm. He was not friendly, he was quite rude and very arrogant. The way he spoke to me was so upsetting that when he left the room I left and would NEVER go back and would not recommend anyone to him! Had an appointment as a first time patient. Firstly, was treated like a drug addict. Telling me thst under no circumstances would I ever recieve pain meds. I never asked. Should have been a giant ???? Waited almost 2 months for them to call me the friday before my monday appointment to tell me they arent taking first time patients. Then called back an offered me to come in for my first time patient visit but they will be closing after that so I would have to find a new doctor. In other words, you can pay us but we wont do anything and cant prescribe meds without bloodwork. So please yes let me come pay you for nothing. They have completely screwed me and left me with no access to my mental health medications and insulin. My blood sugar is extremely high. Dr Koss is a wonderful doctor. I have been a patient of his now for over 9 years. Very caring and makes things very easy to understand. I plan on moving soon and I wouldn't care if I had to drive from Saginaw to him for appointments I would.

Due to insurance coverage circumstances I was resigned to being assigned to Dr Koss. I am in good health for my age and physical circumstances. I find that regular maintenance visits satisfy my medical requirements. Seeing Dr Koss was an uncomfortable experience. The next visit was a disaster. I found Dr Koss to be as arrogant as any self absorbed ego driven male as I have ever come across in my adult life. I ended the appointment. A discussion with the office manager resolved nothing.

i take all my children to dr. koss! he always explains everything great! he is an awesome doctor and i am so glad i found him!

Appointments were on time. Dr. Koss interacts well with my son. My son and I trust his advise.
