I've been going to Dr. Caulkins for about 2 weeks with a very painful back problem. She has helped me immensely. She has a very pleasant personality and demonstrates a high degree of caring for her patients' welfare. (I suggest ignoring the review by Winifred; she sounds like a challenge to satisfy.)
I had two appointments with Dr. Caulkins in 2016, and I am still upset about the experience. First appointment, she introduces herself as Dr. Caulkins, and asks by which version of my first name I prefer to be addressed. I replied that if she was going to be Dr. Caulkins, then I was going to be Mr. X. Otherwise, first appointment was uneventful. Second appointment was scheduled for late afternoon about a week later. Dr. Caulkins failed to ask how I was doing (following the first appointment), failed to offer the pre-treatment therapy that had been so important the first time, and failed to warn me before performing adjustments, calling the last a "surprise attack." She was clearly in a big rush to get out of there! I felt I had received poor, hurried treatment from someone whose head was not in the game. And to top it off, she nearly clipped me on the sidewalk with her car as she exited the parking lot, because she made a hasty right turn without looking right for pedestrians! Dr Caulkins is such a wonderful chiropractor. I suffered 10 months with a pinched nerve and taking pain killers. I went to Dr Caulkins and within 3 weeks my pain was gone and no need to take anymore medication! So glad I made the decision to go see her! She’s a miracle worker. I would highly recommend her.
