was scheduled for a visit. office called less than 24 hrs before my appt to cancel. i told them i needed to be seen because i was out of meds. NO help suggested. never said "come in and someone else will see you. dr J's only advise was "call the doctor you saw last year and ask him for meds, because i won't do it." really? very uncaring and apathetic. did NOT care i would be out of meds. NO help, NO concern, NO refills, NO nothing. dr's have gone from heros to zeros, dr J included.

Dr. Jackovic always takes the time needed to be thorough and precise. She listens and questions in order to help diagnose current conditions. I feel very confident in her abilities and am very satisfied with the care I receive. She also sees me in a timely manner. I appreciate that she values my time too.

Dr. Jackovic always goes above and beyond to take the time to meet with me and listen to my health concerns. She works well with my various specialists to coordinate care. Her office is responsive and has fit me in when an emergent health concern needed immediate attention. 100% would recommend to anyone. Parking around her office is easy - bring quarters.

She coordinates well with my specialists, and has worked with me to address complex health problems. She is responsive through myUPMC app and her office has been accommodating when I need to be seen same-day. Highly recommend. She's the best.

nothing but trouble from their front office, dr is ok, but the girls are rude and uncaring, they must be under staffed, because i'm always put on hold, disconnected, or put in voice mail, multiple times, never a human voice, today i needed a script refilled, 3 times my pharmacy faxed a request to them, but no response, so i had to call the office myself, it took me over 2 hours to get thru to someone that was helpful, will be finding a new dr, the office is terrible and poorly run

Excellent doctor in every way . I would , and do recommend her to people I talk to. The person that gave her a bad review may need a different type of a doctor.

I love Dr. Jackovic! She is really kind and understanding. She never makes me feel silly for asking her about something. She also always refers me if she thinks I need to see a specialist, and she finds good doctors to refer to. Dr. Jackovic also tries to do things in the least invasive, most natural way first, rather than just writing a prescription and sending you on your way. She cares about total body and mind health. Love her!

Dr. Jackovic is completely unprofessional, incompetent, arrogant and aloof. Has a very surly and quick temper. Very poor at diagnosing the actual health issues. The other doctors at this practice unlike her, are professional and competent. Refuse to be treated by her and see one of the other physicians.
