First of all, the staff made me feel comfortable and were very professional in taking vitals, and pretests as ordered. Dr. Janout truly listened to all my questions and concerns, answered my questions , as well as suggesting tests to find out the cause of my concerns. Dr Janout is very personable when answering my questions and giving me all the information I need about my healthcare treatment for my heart. I have already given his card to several of my friends and family members. The nursing staff is very through and attentive also.
Dr. Janout took his time in listening to me and explaining future medical testing. I did not feel rushed and I feel that he cared about my resolving my health issues.

He is very polite and respectful. He explains everything and listens carefully to my questions. I only wish his office was closer to where I live, but it is worth the drive.
