Dr. Maria Lucila Sison Llanes

This doctor is very unprofessional. She had her husband running her office and all they care about is money. If you don't have good insurance they will not help you. They never pick up the phone and never call you back. I had to leave 5 messages before I got a call back. The hours they stay open is a lie. The doctor and husband come and go when they please. This office is a joke. Dont come here if you are seeking mental health care.

I came across their ad on Craigslist and thought I’d schedule an appointment for my sister. We showed up to the appointment to find out Dr. Llanes was running late from her lunch break. She arrived 35 minutes late and was told to reschedule. She didn’t give my sister a chance to be seen. What really upsets me is they charged us a $50 late fee to appointment we never had. Poor customer service very disappointed

Dr. Llanes' is an excellent Psychiatrist that helped me realized my issues and learn how to deal with them. Dr. Llanes' is a great listener that paid attention to me and really cared for me as a patient but most importantly as a human being. God bless. Ana L Sanchez
