Front desk staff is beyond rude. Dr Ted seems to always forget what the visit is for. And then always tries to push labs, shots and tests that are unnecessary. Expect to say over an hour for anything.

Lady at the check out gave my mother attitude for asking for her most recent labs. She was incompetent and when she gave my mom the labs she asked for, she broke HIPPA Law by giving my mom the labs of someone else. Somehow my mom always ends up having to pay something more every time and the whole place gives her so much trouble. The only person who actually cares is Ms. Samantha. If you do go here, only see her or ask her for help. If you have the option to go somewhere else, go there instead. This place is awful. Absolutely horrible. Always forgets about their patients. Will only do Teladoc, is always late onto the meeting. But if you are late even 1 minute they try to charge $50. The office staff is very rude, and will ignroe you if you call and leave a message or go in person. Only person that is willing to help is Ms.Sam. She is a shining light. I absolutely love Dr. Ted. She is an amazing doctor

Went to get a referral for colonoscopy, since my father died from that type of cancer, and was assured after three attempts that it would be done ... but never was! The only thing I received - and never asked for - was a prescription for step one of Chantix, a three-step program. Pitifully incompetent operation!

Only after your wallet. The kind of place that will do anything for a penny, pill heads welcome! Not a place I’ll be continuing at. Needed referrals for a cardiologist a neurologist and a surgeon, never got anywhere with them no matter how many calls I’ve made. Stay away from this practice!!!! Only after your money. They do not care about patients, will not answer the phone or return calls and neither will the nurse staff. Carrie is rude and her attitude is disgusting. They will ask you to wear a mask and the entire office staff do not wear one. Dr. Tedtaotao will call you “Baby Girl” every breath she takes. It’s unsettling. She is nervous and agitated and will send you for diagnostic laboratory and non laboratory tests that are not necessary. She is late to telehealth appointments and takes personal phone calls during these appointments. Your health information is not private at this practice! Beware! The entire practice knows your business with Dr Tedtaotao.

If you are someone who needs a doctor you can count on, look somewhere else. I can not recommend her. The reasons are too numerous to list here.

They almost NEVER return calls. On a number of separate occasions, I have called to get prescriptions refilled. I am transferred to the "medical desk" to leave a message. The recording says they will return the call within 48 hours. Most of the time (90%) they never call back.

Wonderful people can't say enough

Dr Ted has been my Dr.. for over 15 years. She is Amazing.. She Has. Dr,d me through God knows how many illness's.. always available for my many emergency panic attacks anxiety issues. I wouldn't ever be able to find a sweeter caring knowledgeable Dr anywhere. I love her and her staff,. Thankyou Dr Ted and Mr T, and Ms Cindy, for being there for me for many many years. I absolutely love coming here, and oddly, I look forward to my visits! Dr. Ted was very concerned and thorough in troubleshooting my symptoms, as well as listening to me, instead of assuming I was just a hypochondriac looking for the next best meds. She keeps up with my bloodwork regularly, as well as monitoring things that are genetic in my family, such as hypothyroidism. My prescriptions are always called in while I'm in office, and I've never been missed on a phone call to them, or a voice mail for them to return my call. Sign out front of her office says accepting new patients. Called to get a new patient appointment. Had to provide personal information, medications, insurance numbers, etc.. Was told I would have to have my information reviewed by the doctor and she would determine if I would be "accepted" before an appointment could be scheduled. It has been 2 weeks and still no return call. Accepted without question to another local doctor without any questions asked. Forget using this practice!!!!

She was great in the beginning and came with glowing reviews from friends. Now? It seems like she's overwhelmed with too many patients. Wait times are atrocious (I waited an hour and a half once), and she's become forgetful. She's forgotten to renew prescriptions before, as well as look into medication issues I've expressed. She even somehow forgot about a heart condition she diagnosed me with, acting surprised that I had it when I brought up I was having issues a year later.

Since moving to Florida almost three years ago, I have tried to find a primary care physician like the one I had for 25 years before moving. Dr. Tedtaotao is that person. She is caring, thorough, and professional. She has a friendly demeanor that made me instantly comfortable with talking to her about my health needs. She took time to learn about my health history and to answer all my questions. Her staff was also friendly. I would recommend Dr. Ted to my family and friends.

They never answer their phones and prescriptions are never set up on time. Poorly ran front of the office.

Wonderful doctor, very smart, with a very helpful staff. But, almost no one can help really stupid patients...

I have lived all over the country because of my job and seen so many doctors. Dr. Ted is, by far, the best I've seen and the only one I can trust with my health. I beat Stage 2 cancer and I strongly feel like I owe it to her. She was with me through my entire cancer journey, guiding me and helping me in decisions about my care. I am so grateful to her. I am now cancer free for 4 years. And I am watching my kids grow up. I am present for my family because of Dr. Ted. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.
