I was in pretty rough shape when I met Dr McDonald due to a Diverticula infection and some micro-perforations. We had to take the "Slow Boat to China" to give the antibiotics a chance to work and allow me the best possible outcome. I spent 16 days in the hospital, and she was there for me every step of the way. This was the first time I had ever gotten hospitalized in my life, and she was masterful at explaining what was happening and answered all, of my questions. She made me feel secure and confident that I was going to come out of this okay in-spite of how awful I was feeling. In the end, I had a Bowel resection and did not need a colostomy bag. The doctor, nurses and office staff are all amazing!

I felt such a sense of confidence and relief being under the care of Dr. McDonald. From her, all the way through every member of her staff, the experience was superior.

Dr McDonald has the most amazing staff. They are so much fun, share laughs, and make you feel very comfortable. These woman are terrific!!!!

First Surgeon I thought of to handle my Breast Cancer surgery. No one else even came to mind. I want to give a shout out to a wonderful, fun, and loving Medical Receptionist CARLA BELL!!! She is one of a kind. I always feel special when she addresses me. Even after I hadn’t seen her for a few years Carla still remember me. This is what I call customer service!!!! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. McDonald. I needed emergency surgery for a twisted colon and later reversal surgery and she and he staff did a fantastic job in getting me better.

Seldom saw Dr. McDonald, her PA handled office visits. The doctor was always in the hallway working on her computer. Did gall bladder surgery which had to be stopped due to inflammation and infection. No office followup, poor scheduling, doctor seemed too busy for me as a patient.

She saved my aunt's life when she was admitted for emergency surgery. The chances of her surviving were very slim yet Dr. McDonald helped her survive. She made sugh a difference in my aunt's life with all of her compassion. My grandmother and father are so beyond grateful for Dr. McDonald's impact. Such a fantastic surgeon with so much intelligence and wisdom. She impacts lives where ever she goes.

She did a great job on my surgery- little to no pain following the procedure- removed a lipoma from the chest

Awesome surgeon! My 14 year old daughter needed to have her gallbladder removed. Dr McDonald was recommended by another doctor my daughter was seeing. Dr McDonald made my daughter feel at ease about having the surgery. Also her staff are amazing!
