Eighteen years ago, Dr Wang and her team performed a mandibular resection on me, because of oral cancer of the lower jaw, tongue and throat. I can get say with zero reservation that Dr Wang was the most skillful surgeon and the most compassionate individual I have ever met. I was turned down by several other surgeons, but she stepped up. Dr. Wang and her staff have treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. I didn't ask questions because she answered them all before I could ask them. Her staff have called me several times with updates and just to see how I was doing. I have never had this in the past and it was a very pleasant surprise.

I was frequently unable to breathe while sleeping, and Dr Wang assessed and suggested a treatment that actually worked and solved my problem. Very happy with the results, thank you.

This is one of the worst doctors I have ever visited. She does not care about your time, questions, or your situation. I wish I could give her 0 stars as that is her true worth. Dr. Wang, when you read this I hope you take a deep look into the reason you became a doctor. You have made it abundantly clear that you do not care about others. It is not right or fair of you to take such an unprofessional and lazy approach to people's lives and health care. Dr. Wang has caused me nothing but stress, pain, worry, doubt, and fear. My experience with Dr. Wang was horrible. I never heard from her in all the weeks leading up to my surgery. Even on the day of the surgery and the week afterwards she was nowhere to be seen. She ignored every one of my questions and kicked me out of her office with a pamphlet on Acid Reflux when I needed real post-operative care. And now I am getting second opinions from doctors and still suffering from the effects of her incredibly lackluster practice a year later. Hey Marilene, if you're reading this, imagine having a brain surgery scheduled, and not hearing any information on what will happen during surgery, how to prepare, and what the recovery will be like. To all future patients, I can send you some YouTube links that I used to self educate in preparation of having my skull cracked open. And to UCLA please monitor your doctors and make hiring decisions based on a passion for care, not a Mathematics award they one in the 1990's.

She outstanding head Neck surgeon she and her team performed my pituitary microadenoma surgery last year. I gave her 5 stars because she really cares I would have given her 6 or 7 if it was available . Thank you Dr Wang your the best , words can not describe how you helped me .
