Very professional & knowledgeable. Explained what she was going to do, and had the necessary tools to do her job. Started right on time & finished in just a few minutes. Keepe informed what she was going to do, what I was going to feel, and what the follow up procedure would be.

She is very experienced , down to earth and there was almost no waiting at the office prior to the visit. It did take over 2 months to see her; she is very busy. I liked her a lot and will see her in the future.

Like her clinic colleagues, Dr. Ray was competent, thorough and easy to talk to. It was my first visit with her I appreciated her follow-up phone call that afternoon.

I have been seeing Dr. Ray for 30+ years. Have had several skin cancers, taken care of immediately by Dr. Ray. Always in a very professional, informative, and reassuring way. Dr. Ray is an advocate for her patients. Great physician!!

I really like Dr. Ray - I’ve been with her for 15ish years. She listens, and is conservative with treatments. She recommends products that are reasonably priced, easily accessible. I just like her style! And I trust her.

Dr Ray was succinct and straight to the point in addressing my concerns about a growth on my scalp. Explaining what it is and what it isn’t, eased those concerns greatly. She also gave me some idea of the cause and admonished me to better protect myself from overexposure to the sun, as my hair has thinned in the past couple years. She also removed a couple of bothersome skin tags and sent me on my way with a prescription to treat a mild case of rosacea. All in all, I found Dr Ray to an extremely helpful and informative practitioner and was very impressed! Dr Ray is very good and professional. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ray is the best ! She is very informative and explains everything she does. I feel I’m receiving the best care possible! She even gives out samples and coupons ! ???????? Too fast and Dr. Ray is not a good listener when you’re trying to explain your health concerns she is very dismissive about your health concerns and doesn’t examine patients throughly.

From signing in, interaction with nurse and Dr Ray all were friendly, efficient and thorough. As a patient I felt very comfortable and not stressed. Dr Ray and her nurse took time with my concerns. Highly recommend Dr Ray

Very fast, efficient and pleasant! So glad my Doctor referred me.

Check in with my Ochsner online works excellent even let you do the payment so when you arrive everything‘s done. In and out and 15 minutes very thorough all questions answers

The receptionist was very helpful! I confused my appt. time and the receptionist kindly fit me in for another appt. the same day. The medical assistant reviewed my information with me. She was quite friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ray is knowledgeable, explaining the various skin conditions. The worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen in a doctor. Abrasive, aloof, and argumentative. Won’t listen to the patient.

Very nice, detailed, and efficient. Helped me with my problems, told me what to do.

Honestly my relationships with doctors is not always the great because I ask so many questions and I obsess over every little thing. Dr. Ray is the best dermatologist I have ever seen and I’ve seen 3 to 4. She took samples, she listen to me, she answered my concerns. And she was so kind just wanted to talk. I absolutely loved her. And on top of that the appointment was super fast !!

Ochsner's Dr. wanted me to have an EMERGENCY appointment with this Dr. His office called 2 times, each time saying it was an emergency & would she fit me in. The reply from Dr. Ray's office was NO! She was able to see me 6 (SIX) days later. That day she kept me waiting 32 minutes! She spent the small amount of time she was able to a lot me talking about herself & NO apology for the inexcusable wail. Disgraceful!

I think Dr. Marilyn Ray is fantastic! She is knowledgeable, personable, totally professional, and very efficient in her administration of care ... all exceptionally so!! It is always a pleasure to see her and I feel eminently well cared for!

I’ve been to Dr. Ray twice about the same issue and each time I felt rushed. She does not listen to my concerns or clarify things well. She doesn’t even really ask questions. She miscommunicated whether or not she’d be taking skin off of me after I specifically asked and the only reason I found out what was really happening was when I saw the skin on her tweezer. Due to the fact that she doesn’t listen, I don’t have confidence that my issue will be solved anytime soon. I’ll try to find another derm.

Dr.Ray was thorough with a wonderful bedside manor. She was very kind and informative.

This was my first visit with Dr Ray and I was very satisfied. Dr Ray was very professional, yet made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and recommended some med for my skin issue. I left satisfied and happy it was nothing serious.

I saw Dr Marilyn Ray for the removal of some skin tags. I had to wait for over a month to see her. Dr Ray spent about five minutes with me. I was very surprised that nothing was done to numb the area that was being treated. I was advised that the shot would hurt more than just snipping the skin tags off with scissors. The area was not cleaned in any way before being removed. Why not freeze them off? I felt very rushed! I saw Dr Marilyn Ray for the removal of some skin tags.
