Awful !!! Avoid at all cost. Beside the fact that the receptionist can't understand English and it took us 20 minutes to find the office we were shocked to find out after waiting for an hour that "manager" unilaterally decided to cancel appointment. We waited over a MONTH for this appointment, new patient annual checkup and now doctor refused to talk to us or accomodate a new appointment. Wants us to wait THREE months for another appointment. RUDE and unprofessional do NOT go !!!!!

Office staff is horrible unfprofessional. Didn’t even speak to the patient and cancelled appointment. Waited in office for an hour doctor refused to treat due to manager stupidity. Now cannot get thru called numerous times. Horrible disregard to humans. Awful.

Had a severe allergic reaction, was covered in hives and my face was getting swollen. Went in for an emergency but was told I had to wait for my appointment. Told them I was not feeling well and Dr. Rabkin overheard and started yelling at me telling me she has patient's and that I should go to the ER if I would like. Never did I think I would be treated like this by a doctor whom is to help her sick patient's, not be nasty and yell as if she did not care. Will never see this doctor again.

Never ever coming back. Waiting for my prescriptions been sending to Walmart for 18 days. The office personal very unfriendly and lazy....

Always takes as much time as needed. concerned,compassionate,and highly qualified!

She never follows up, took a week for her her to renew my meds. Staff no follow up sends to to places that dont take my insurance??? A real waste of time nobody knows whats going on. Real joke and this is healthcare??

This doctor was my pcp. They dropped my insurance in the middle of a pandemic. I am on a medication prescribed by Dr. Rabkin that had no refills. I may be hospitalized due to discontinuation syndrome because of her unwillingness to refill this medication. Her lack of empathy and neglect is irresponsible. I also want to comment that the office staff did nothing to help me either. After years as my pcp and knowing zoloft has major withdrawl symptoms I feel desperate . Noone is taking new patients. I'm being forced to go to the ER because this doctor refuses to help her patients.

Tell me how she is unable to help my father in this time of crisis. I have already reported her to the Florida health department.

Very disappointed. Never going back. She was suppose to be my PCP and I already changed that. I was a new patient. She was mean and snappy with her answers. I was in pain and she couldn't prescribe me any antibiotics until she sees my test results (which is ok) but I was in pain and no one rushed the results (like they said they would). I was in pain for 5 days and tried to call (with no luck ) and didn't received a call back. After the 5 days the secretary called saying that my results were in and they were gonna send the prescription for the antibiotics to the pharmacy. How can a doctor leaves you in pain for almost a whole week? When I mentioned to the doctor that they didn't call me and didn't answer the phone she got all defensive and told me that it wasn't true because they always return calls. I couldn't believe that she practically called me a liar. I even made a claim with my insurance about her (I've never done that in my life) but it was necessary. Never going back.

Hardly returns any phone calls even for existing patients. Office itself very dated and needs face-lift.

I would highly recommend this doctor. She reminds me of the doctors years ago, very caring, but definitely has modern day medical knowledge. She places no time limit on your appointment. She listens and asks very concise questions. she honestly cares about your health. You are not a number. She always fines the time to see her when you have the need
