excellent dr. takes time to listen to patient. Takes a genuine interest in helping patient to feel great again. Explains plan clearly so patient feels better soon and if any issues to contact him right away. I will continue to see him as needed and I ll recommend to my family and friends. Nowadays it is all about money. Dr. Berkowitz is interested in healig patients first and of course he needs money for his practice but his priority is making us feel well again and this is not the norm in our present world

I found it to be an excellent place, good location, good service from all the staff who work there.

The doctor Right away knew what my problem was and suggested physical therapy and natural supplements instead of medicine for the pain which hadn’t worked for me before. He also gave me information about my issue and encouraged me to do my own research about my condition

We visited the doctor because my son, a former avid basketball player turned passionate weightlifter, experienced knee pain. The doctor was very nice and carefully explained the diagnosis while ordering follow-up tests.

Dr. Berkowitz is very nice and thorough. Great bedside manners.

The visit was good. The doctor was very thorough with his diagnosis and recommendations.

Dr Berkowitz was extremely helpful in reviewing my records and x-ray images. He answered my questions and gave me helpful advice.

I was very impressed with my care. Dr. Berkowitz thoroughly examined my knee and provided immediate treatment to relieve my discomfort. In addition, he provided instructions for naturopathic options and exercises to assist in my recovery.

I went in for extreme knee pain, he explained my options very clearly, not what I wanted to hear but hopefully insurance will pay for the needed help that I need, if not it's coming out of pocket. He really does seem very concerned and really tried to get my insurance to cover the needed treatment. Fingers ??

Dr. Mario Berkowitz was excellent! But unfortunately it took 3 hours to see him even thought the appointment was made to see him. My husband was brought in to see a so call doctor by the name M.A Hajianpour that didn’t even ask any questions and didn’t even sound like he knew what he was doing. My husband who had knee pain was referred by his primary doctor to see doctor Berkowitz. We felt like we had wasted our time. We complain to the staff about the appointment was made to see dr. Berkowitz not doctor Hajianpour. So three hours later he was brought back in to see Dr. Berkowitz. This doctor did take his time to listen and he explain in details what the problem was. He’s very knowledgeable! Hopefully the treatment he did works, so we won’t have to ever go back.

I headphone I had multiple injuries sites. After I filled out my paperwork, I was called back to the desk and told you were only allowed to have him see one body part on your first visit! I had to then let them know which body part bothered me the most I’ve waited one hour and 15 minutes before I saw the doctors. I found him, sarcastic, and patronizing when he spoke to me as if I have no brain. When he was giving instructions of things I needed to do he wasn’t looking at me or speaking me he was just telling the nurse in the room. He never addressed me with any plans or things I should do. I did ask him about my hand as well, but that wasn’t the body part I was talking about, so he didn’t even answer me. I just glanced at it and said no word to turn his back to me. When I left, I got a packet of about 10 papers of things he have never even told me or discussed I found him to be a very unpleasant man with no compassion or caring I will not be going back to this office If I could’ve left zero stars, I would’ve done that

The service received by Dr Berkowitz was informative, fast and quick appointment both times I visited the office for my daughter. Jarriya his medical assistant was professional and courtesy the entire time. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and my questions. I will highly recommend Total Orthopedic when I’m need of great expedited services. Aubri Bruton.
