The visit with Dr. Rodriquez was absolutely the most pleasant experience I have had with a physician period. I highly recommend him and to give you an example as to how much I appreciate their staff and service I commute from Auston to Rio Grande to ensure I only use Dr. Rodriguez and his staff.

Office staff is always dropping the ball with referrals and paperwork and speaking with the manager isn'tof much help!!! Poor customer service.

Parents have been going for years now. Few weeks ago I went with them for the very 1st time to assist them during their appointment Office staff was unprofessional and Dr. Mario was very disrespectful with my father and then with my mother, Never have I heard a Dr. Speak down to patients like he did, at one point he even told my mother to go with another Dr. if she couldnt tolerate the pain she was experiencing during the visit..If you have elderly parents with Dr. Mario please take time and join them on one of their appointments, hope that they are not getting the same bad treatment my parents got when I was there... Great Doctor ????!

Takes time with all the clients to see how you'll feel better if not send you to a Specialist,He's Assistant Dr.Lilly help as well and checks back to see if your all better. I have to Thank them .

I have never had as many issues with a provider as I do with this Drs Office.
