Dr. Mario Yu

I have been going to Dr. Yu for a very long time and he truly is one of the best. He always calms my anxiety. Great Doctor with a great bedside manner.

Dr yu delivered 3 of our 4 children. My wife and I were so comfortable with dr Yu he is thorough explains all phases of childbirth, what to expect throughout the pregnancy, and what to expect at time of delivery and all options to his patients. I don't believe the review from Amanda. That doesn't sound like Dr. Yu at all, i think its a lie. I've been going to him for 20 years and he's wonderful. He offers holistic advice when needed.

I read that he neglected a women who was having post partum bleeding and she died. How can a good doctor neglect his patient when there is clearly something wrong!

I am just months shy of delivering my third child with Dr. Yu, and wouldn’t change doctors for anything. Being a nurse, I know how hard it is to find a genuine MD who cares and Dr. Yu is one!

Absolutely amazing! He was supportive and so flexible with us around our birth plan, with only request for us to let him make alternative decisions if needed (which I am 100% on board for). I also second the comment about “magic hands!” He’s realistic and honest, and was such a calm and steadying presence during a stressful and very long delivery. Highly recommended. Absolutely amazing! Dr. Yu is One of the best! I saw him with my first pregnancy and I am definitely going back with my second one. He is very professional and will help you to find responses to all your questions. I did have problems with the Sciatic nerve during my pregnancy and it was enough for one acupuncture session and I was pain free and back to normal. Dr. Yu is excellent. The hospitals highly respect him and the nurses during my delivery said he had "magic hands!" It went very smoothly. If there is a real issue he will deal with it but if you need a doctor to indulge your every symptom you may perfer a different provider. I've used him since I was a teenager.

I waited over an hour to see him (past my appointment time) with absolutely no explanation or apology from the staff. I sat in the outdated waiting room for forty minutes and then another twenty five minutes in a dingy, outdated examination room waiting for the doctor. When I finally saw him, he did nothing but stand over my face and lecture me about how he would make the decisions and I'd better listen to him. Absolutely the worst doctor I've ever met. Avoid at all costs!
