Amazing friendly environment and service!!!!

Outstanding experience. The staff was amazing and the doctor is so personable and truly takes his time to understand your issues.

Dr Agrama is an excellent ENT, who will take his time with you, answering all your questions using many analogies. He'll work with you and won't try to sell you on any procedures. Let's you make your own decisions. His staff has been very professional, courteous and friendly to us. I have learned more about my condition than any ENT I have ever been to before. He has quirky sense of humor, which I get.... most if the time..!!!

I found Dr. Mark Agrama to be arrogant and lacking compassion. When I asked the reason why he recommended a specific antihistamine over other antihistamines he said that was the antihistamine he preferred and gave no other explanation. He began a sentence with "Not to dismiss your concerns ..." and then went on to dismiss my concerns. While most of his support staff is kind and competent there is one woman working in the financial department who is quite rude and unprofessional. All in all it was an unpleasant visit that left me feeling unheard and upset.

Sold me a bunch of items at high cost for problems I didn’t have.

Each time I visit Dr. Land, Dr. Agrama and their entire staff, I am treated like the most important person ever. Dr. Land is the Audiologist at South Florida ENT Associates and she is fantastic! It was time to get a new pair of hearing aids and Dr. Land gave me a hearing test to determine the magnitude of my problem. Afterwards, she took a lot of time explaining all of the options available to me and made recommendations based on my history and latest test. There was no “hard sell” as with my last audiologist. In fact the end cost turned out to be considerably cheaper than my last pair - and that was four years ago. None of this would matter if the end result wasn’t good. It wasn’t, it was great. For the first time in many years, I feel completely comfortable with my hearing aids and haven’t had to ask “what?” one time since getting them. She has spent a lot of time after delivery making sure that I’m comfortable with the aids and that they are working in every situation. I came across these reviews and had to share my experience with Dr Agrama. Approx 2 1/2 years ago I went to his office due to a chronic sinus infections and the ability not to breath through my nose. His personality was great very knowledgeable. Dr Agrama took his time to explain what was going on with my sinus. After several visits he suggested that Balloon sinuplasty was an option. I have been trying everything to breathe though my nose since i was 10-12 years old. So i decided to try Balloon sinuplasty at Dr Agrama office. The procedure was so simple took approx 2 hours. When I went back for my follow up and remove my bandages. All I can say it was amazing to actually breathe through my nose. I have recommended my Mother in-law along with a friend of mine. All of which had Great positive experiences with Dr Agrama. I have to say I wish their was a way to give more than 5 Stars for Dr Agrama and his staff. Was referred to Dr. A. by PBGMC and also my cardiologist office. I had just been released from the hospital 4 days before being diagnosed with VERTIGO. His PA came in the room and in less than 5 minutes told me I DID NOT have VERTIGO . The med that I was given in the hospital 3 times a day would make me dizzy and I would fall. What I really had was dehydration. When Dr. A. came in ....... he said the same thing!!! I had been in the hospital the year before and they both said I had the same problem then!! Needless to say I will NOT be going back to Dr. Ulloa for another misdiagnosis !! Of course I will continue as a patient of Dr Agrama.

Dr Agrama is one of the most thorough specialists that I have ever seen. Highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Agrama speaks for itself. I saw him to investigate the inspire device for my severe sleep apnea. He told me I wasn't a candidate for that, but I should have my deviated septum. He also told me he could "change my life" by adjusting the software of my CPAP if I got him access to the software. I did the following day. Since then he has never returned any of my follow-up calls to see if he actually did anything. I'm still hopeful as its only been 2 months. Turns out he didn't do anything except send me a bill for $7.

Wonderful care I have received from Dr. Agrama and Karen. The allergy shots I've received have made a world of difference and I no longer suffer during pollen season (every day in FLA)

Went to see Dr. Agrama with my husband. Very disappointed. The doctor proved to be arrogant and unhelpful. The staff appeared unprofessional, (some were actually rude!), uncaring, and negligent. The examination room we were in was cluttered, messy, and totally uninviting. The visits to Dr. Agrama proved worthless. We sought and received help elsewhere!

This Dr. Mark Agrama is rude, abrasive, and has no bedside manners. I’m not even sure how he’s still in practice. I’m assuming he has the money to keep his doors open. I’ve seen him more than once and was hoping each time he would shape up because his accolades seem good. He’s only gotten worse. Nope, I was wrong. To add to this, his staff is unprofessional, rude, abrasive, and disorganized. The front desk person Natasha is so rude and passive aggressive. It’s hilarious to watch her in action and try to be nice, it’s like pulling a front tooth. Today, I waited almost two hours for this type of treatment. I drove almost 1.5 hours to the appointment for this type of treatment. Dr. Agrama recommended I do surgery, I would have done it if I thought he had human compassion, and was a little... tiny...microscopic... NICE. Why would I let some rude and stone cold Dr. perform surgery on my nose. I’d rather suffer with congestion and a collapsed nostril. Yeah. If I could have selected zero stars I would have. I overlooked the first time Dr. Agrama was rude to, me but not the second time. Zero patience or bedside manner in dealing with a patient who is not feeling well. I'm 50 years old and have never had a problem with any doctor I have seen over my lifetime. I saw him a couple of years ago and was on the fence about him. I went back for several visits in 2018 and now know why I was on the fence about him. Always trust your gut! I have suffered from congestion and sinus infections for my whole life. Dr. Agrama performed sinus surgery, and I can finally breathe! He is a skilled surgeon and has a friendly bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Agrama is an exceptional ENT specialist. I was impressed by the quality and friendliness of the staff notably Katie. Dr. Agrama is personable and knowledgeable. Finally! A doctor who listened and didn't just through more meds my way. Dr. Mark Agrama is beyond the best ENT doctor in Palm Beach County. I would know because I went through five others before finding this savor. All the other doctors didn't want to deal with me because I was under Medicaid and it did not cover the balloon sinuplasty. Dr. Agrama was the only one willing to perform the procedure the old fashion way. After several months of trying home remedies, that were never suggested to me before, it was deemed I needed surgery. The surgery was scheduled and at the last minute I was kicked off Medicaid and had to purchase Obama Care insurance. Dr. Agrama and his staff didn't even bat an eye, they immediately got all documents over the the new insurance company to make sure I didn't have to wait any longer than necessary, they were all over it. Low and behold the new insurance covered the balloon sinuplasty. Dr. Agrama stated "either way he was going to to everything he could to help ease my suffering, no matter which procedure." Even after the procedure he has stayed on top of things and helped finally get to the bottom of all my ailments, as they went beyond just sinus issues. Every staff member from the front desk, to the nurses and other support staff have been nothing short of courteous and professional. Dr. Agrama should be compared to the E.N.T field just as Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nastiff (Botched) are to plastic surgery field. I went in to see Dr. Mark Agrama this afternoon for an ear ache/ear pain I was feeling. I was VERY lucky as he's busy and I called with an urgent same-day appointment. The office was able to squeeze me in. The new patient paperwork is lengthy, but the office staff was extremely friendly and thorough in making sure I got everything done. Dr. Mark Agrama's staff was very friendly when they called me to be seen. I had something lodged in my ear, which was very frightening, but Dr. Mark Agrama kept me calm and was able to VERY quickly, easily, and most importantly... painlessly... get it out. I have been going to Dr. Agrama for over a year now. He has helped me with multiple issues including Migraines. Dr. Agrama is conservative and tried multiple avenues to correct my issues before ending up with sinus surgery as a last result. The sinus surgery has helped with my migraines- I used to get them for 3-5 days every few weeks... I have not had one since the end of this February. Dr Mark Agrama is an extraordinary physician! He has given me the highest quality medical care. I have found his evaluation and diagnosing thorough and exceptional. His staff could not be better- everyone makes you feel welcome and they show how much they care about you. For over 30 years I have suffered with multiple problems: a chronic dry cough, uncontrolled congestion, asthma, reflux and allergies. Dr Agrama's scope of medical expertise far surpassed any other doctor I have seen for these problems and more. He tried multiple conservative methods of treatment to help me. After numerous attempts that did not give me sufficient help, he recommended balloon sinuplasty and some inner nasal reconstructive corrective surgery for collapsed nasal passages and blockages. The entire procedure was performed in his office without need for general anesthesia and an out patient surgical center. Dr Agrama and his team made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the procedure. I cannot remember being able to breathe as well as I now can since this procedure! Great initial consultation! Dr was very informative and actually gave me a variety of solutions to try. I was impressed by his straightforward responses and detailing what the next steps to take are. He came up with a plan for my treatment that sounds very logical and I'm hopeful a solution to my ongoing problem will be cured! I really got a good feeling from him and will definitely be going back. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to wait 1 hour to see him. I went to see Dr Agrama based on a referral from my general practitioner to address serious sinus and sleep apnea issues. When I first went to Dr Agrama we discussed my symptoms and concerns and he laid out a plan of addressing the issues. He did not have a one size, fits all approach. Believe it or not, he actually listened and treated me as an individual patient. At no time did I feel like I was in an assembly line or that he was making things fit a model he wanted. He did the balloon sinulpasty and the results have been incredible. I could not believe how long he spent with my wife and I. He came up with a plan and after two weeks I have had noticeable relief. He thoroughly explains his procedures. Great bedside manner. Spends a ton of time with patiently explains your option. Within two weeks of treatment my symptoms have subsided. I feel so confident with both Dr. Agrama and his wonderful nurse Trish.

I had sinus/allergy problems for many years before seeing Dr. Agrama. He suggested that I have allergy testing and that made all the difference! I have been seeing Karen at Dr. Agrama's office for allergy shots for the past two years and I have felt so much better!!!

The staff (with the exception of Dr Agrama and reception) were inpatient, somewhat discourteous and some of their business practices seem questionable. Dr. Agrama recommended balloon sinuplasty and I was going to have the procedure done. I'm someone who likes to understand things to make medical decisions and Dr. Agrama explains things but his staff is not the same. Also, it was very difficult to ascertain the cost from his staff. The billing lady will not speak to my insurance until a week or 2 before the surgery because "it takes her an hour and sometimes people cancel". Just finding out what the total cost to billed to insurance was difficult ($14000). It seems kind of high for a 2 hour outpatient procedure with local anesthetic to cost so much but that's more of a commentary about our current medical system. Had a 10:30am appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes..... and then be brought to a room to wait once again..... Get it together people. ... I think that it is very RUDE not to tell people when you check-in that you are running 30 minutes behind, it should be up to you if you wait around or not!

Dr. Agrama and his entire staff are simply outstanding. In November 2016, Dr. Agrama performed 2 nasal surgeries on me which I had put off for quite some time. I had his "BreatheNaked" procedure, along with a turbinectomy. Having been born with my right nostril only able to deliver about 50% oxygen flow, I never knew how 100% could feel - I had simply learned to live with it and didn't realize the difference. I can't say enough good things about how Dr. Agrama performed the procedures indicated above, my rapid recovery, and great medical care. I can always feel how much Dr. Agrama and his staff care about my well-being. If you are having similar issues or any ENT-related issues, please don't look any further than Dr. Mark Agrama. One thing I'd like to add ... when I see a post that is less than 5 Stars, it makes me mad. I have been dealing with my reoccurring sinus issues for well over five years. I was really frustrated that the only treatment I was receiving was a long list of antibiotics to treat the infections and medicine to lessen the symptoms. Nothing to ever really get to the root of the issues. I was referred to Dr. Agrama by my primary care doctor, and it was a real life changer. I had the ballon sinuplasty done with him a few months ago, and since then my airways are open like never before, I can breathe well, sleep better, and have a better quality of life over all. I want to thank Dr. Agrama and his staff. I had 2 previous surgeries with other doctors and unfortunately needed a third. I hadn't been able to take a deep full breath through my nose in years. After Dr. Agrama listened to my concerns he addressed them, explained what every step of the surgery would be and how he could help me. Dr. Agrama & his entire staff are simply outstanding. In November 2016, Dr. Agrama performed 2 nasal surgeries on me. I had his "BreatheNaked" procedure, along with a turbinectomy. Having been born with my right nostril only able to deliver about 50% oxygen flow, I never knew how 100% could feel - I had simply learned to live with it & didn't realize the difference. I can't say enough good things about how Dr. Agrama performed the procedures indicated, my post-surgical care & all follow-ups.

In addition to a $240 initial visit charge, I was shocked to find I had been billed another $500 without warning for having a scope used to examine my sinuses. It is a 90 second procedure with a pretty simple scope. This charge cannot be remotely justified in comparison with any other procedure I have ever had. Total $740 for appointment to have sinuses checked! Upon complaint, I was told ENT Associates (which virtually monopolizes Palm Beach County with over 20 ENT doctors) set the price.

I have had sinus problems for over 20 years and had 2 unsuccessful surgeries. I recently had sinus surgery with Dr. Agrama. I was terrified when they told me I needed 3 procedures and I would be awake during the surgery. I worried for nothing! It was a breeze. Patricia, Marco and Natasha were all amazing! Dr. Agrama is fantastic! He is patient, and spoke to me throughout the surgery making sure I was ok. Virtually painless. I highly recommend Dr. Agrama! I can't thank them enough!!!!!!

The staff (with the exception of Dr Agrama and reception) were inpatient, somewhat discourteous and some of the business practices seem questionable. Dr. Agrama recommended balloon sinuplasty and I was going to have the procedure done. It is very difficult to ascertain the actual cost from his staff. The billing lady will not speak to my insurance until a week or 2 before the surgery because "it takes her an hour and sometimes people cancel". Just finding out what will be billed to insurance

I made an appointment with Dr. Agramas office in reference to obtaining hearing aids. After my initial visit with Dr. Agrama, I worked with Dr. Marissa Lamb. I had a hearing test and a thorough discussion about hearing aids appropriate to my personal situation and hearing deficit. Because I am an active tennis player and biker I needed a hearing aid that wasn't affected by wind - my other concern was vanity. Was there a hearing aid invented that others cannot readily see? Dr Lamb found the perfect fit for me. She is very professional and knowledgeable and continues to provide a service far beyond my expectations. My issue with this practice was that no one explained any costs or finances. I truly want to trust in a practice that I go to, and expect the office to tell me of a possibility that my insurance may not cover a visit. My first office visit was an exam, and they did not explain how much they would be billing to the insurance, or that I may be held responsible to pay if the insurance does not cover the exam. The practice isn't aware of the maximum amount they can legally charge either. On my second visit, I was quickly numbed by an assistant, then followed with a visit from the Doctor who performed a procedure. At this visit no one stopped to let me know they would be billing my insurance $1000. And of course no one let me know I may be responsible for this fee. Because no one reviewed any of this VERY necessary information with me, I feel I wasn't able to make an educated decision about the procedure. Had I been told, I would have forgone the procedure and spoke about other options I may have had. I feel this information was not disclosed to me, so that the procedure could be completed and billed, with no thought as to what finances may befall me. When I spoke to an associate at the office, she was non-sympathetic and argued that her staff would have told me a procedure was about to happen.
