"The BEST OB I have EVER had!!!" I was severely obese and developed type 2 diabetes. I had already had 4 other c-sections years before & this baby was a surprise. Dr Alanis took such good care of me. He explained everything clearly and especially the dangers of high sugars to the baby & why it was so important to stay away. I had gestational diabetes with all my other babies & no one ever told me the dangers. I was always a good patient & did my best to comply but having the knowledge he armed me with gave me more determination to stick with it and to be good with my choices. In previous pregnancies I would cheat sometimes because I didnt know the extent of the harm. Though I was gestational diabetic not full type 2 like this pregnancy but because of that knowledge, my boy was born small instead of large from sugars, but healthy. He is still small & healthy today, Thanks to the Amazing Dr Alanis. We miss him in Boise. Our loss is Colorado's gain. Baby Born in March 2016 Boise Idaho

Kind, spent time with me and explained things well

Dr. Alanis was great! He had an emergnecy come up, yet still made time to see me. I have had a prior very high risk pregnancy and he did a great job of answering my questions and providing additional knowledge. He has exceptional knowledge in his field and truly cares about his patients. As an aside, I find these websites really pretty useless, but Dr. Alanis warranted a great review and I would not hesitate to recommend him for someone in need of high risk obstetrics care.

This man is a miracle worker. My wife was carrying our twins and went into preterm labor at 31 weeks. We got transferred to memorial central, and a short time later Dr. Alanis seemed to appear from nowhere. I had heard from the nurse that he is one of If not the best high risk ob’s around. He introduced himself and we were off. He had both our little nuggets out in u see ten minutes safe and sound, and did the most unbelievable job doin so. After the surgery he hung around for a while and ensured she and the babies were doing well. And even a week later we bumped into him in the hallway and he still remembered us both and asked about the kiddos and how my wife was doing. We can’t thank him enough for the amazing job he did bringing our Little’s into this world, and would recommend him to any person out there. Thanks Dr. Alanis! This man is a miracle worker. Dr. Alanis saved our baby! She wanted to come early. I am forever grateful to him and will be using him again for our next one!

My experience with Dr. Alanis was wonderful! He was so informative and really took the time to completely explain and answer all of my questions. He's very intelligent and experienced and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ananis is AMAZING! He spends the time he needs with each of his patients. He really listens and hears your questions! He is so amazing and he cares about the well being of all of his patients. He is the top of his specialty and knows what he's talking about. I you listen and do what he tells you, you will have wonderful results. I recommend him to anyone that needs to be referred to Maternal Fetal Medicine! You will love him, if you don't you're not listening and doing what he tells you.
