I had my first experience with Dr. Mark Bickert and his staff today and I couldn't be happier! The staff was quite friendly and efficient but Dr. Bickert was amazing! My problem was complicated and quite unusual and he spent about 35 minutes with me, asking questions, discussing, explaining - and actually listening! He is very knowledgeable but yet spoke from the heart and I felt valued as a patient. I've never left a doctor's office as pleased as I was today. Kudos to Dr. Bickert and staff! Dr Bickert is hands down the best ENT Dr! He took his time and explained all options for illness and did tests needed that were missed by many other Drs. I highly recommend him! Also, I was very impressed at the lengths they are going through for COVID precautions.

Simply the best doctor I have ever met. He was able to explain a set of symptoms which none of other dozen or so doctors could explain holistically and prescribe a treatment which helped. If I went to Dr.Bickert earlier, that would save me a couple of years going to various specialists and cost of many expensive test. I am very grateful to Dr. Bickert. Highly recommend. Was seen by Dr Bickert today for a plugged ear and walked out hearing great again. So happy I found Dr Bickert, he took care of my problem, and had a great personality and sense of humor. I will be recommending him to all my friends.

Dr. Bickert's staff cheerfully accomodated my late arrival and assisted me in finding their temporary office. I was treated by Dr. Bickert very quickly after my late arrival. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive to questions about my hearing conditions. I have had several appointments with Dr. Bickert and highly recommend him for his medical competency and friendly, helpfull staff.

He exceeded my expectation. Staff was pleasant & helpful. My wait was minimal. Extensive COVID19 precautions. Ran necessary test for ruling out other possibilities. He was lazer focused on my problem. I left confident in my diagnosis his treatment. Highly recommend.

My elderly mother had chronic ear problems. Dr Bickert and his whole staff were so caring and patient with her. I love them!

My daughter just left there and he told her he didnt have time to address all her issues because he had "other patients" . Wont be going back.

Dr Bickert was kind and very professional while helping us with our daughter. His staff can be very cold and down right rude though. We have been snipped at and told they're "so busy they haven't even had a lunch break yet!!!" (she said this to me hatefully, twice). We were simply calling on a Monday trying to get biopsy results that were sent to their office on Friday afternoon. We were told it would be ok to call Friday and check, but we didnt. We waited until Monday to give them plenty of time. I called in the morning and was told someone would call us later. We waited until around 345pm to call again vs opting to possibly not receive a call before close of business. That's the call that set them off on a rant about how it's a Monday and they're too busy to help me find out if my child has cancer or not, oh and we haven't even had a lunch break!!! It was very unprofessional and tantrum like. Our daughter has had shoulder pain ever since the surgery in her neck on January 2nd. She still cannot move that arm up to a normal position. We called yesterday to see what the next step would be, and we were told that there was "NO WAY this surgery caused any issue with her shoulder" and told to seek help elsewhere. "Go see your family physician", they said, and so we did. Well, her pediatrician as well as an orthopedic doc say otherwise. They believe she has nerve damage in her neck from the surgery and now has a winged scapula. We couldn't even make an appointment (and pay our copay $) to talk to Dr Bickert himself about this concern from the surgery he performed. We were told that it's not anything they can help with... yet two other doctors believe the nerve damage is from the surgery since she had zero issues before. The nerve that runs along her incision site is what controls the shoulder muscles that are not properly working now. You would think the office staff would care enough to at least let us make an appointment to speak with Dr Bickert about this, but they say it isn't related. Dr. Bickert found something very serious that my first ENT missed. A tooth infection that had burst into the sinus cavity. He knew it right away and 2 days later the CAT Scan confirmed his diagnosis. He spent a ton of time going over the results and subsequent treatment plan. Most happy I have been with a Doctor and their staff in a long time. Went to another ENT and they said nothing was wrong and sent me home with a squirt bottle. Dr. Bickert did a CAT Scan and found that I had a tooth infection that has burst into the sinus cavity. The funny thing is he knew what it probably was before we had the scan results.

The staff and Dr. Bickert spent time with me. They didn't have one foot out the door while talking to me. Appreciated that!

The times I have been seen by Dr. Bickert he has gone above and beyond to listen, accurately assess my symptoms, make sure I understand his diagnosis, and follow up with me afterward. I can't speak highly enough of him and his staff.

Mark Bickert has been by ENT doctor for many years. He even did ny thyroid surgery. He is an excellent doctor. Very professional and yet very caring. I would (and do) recommend him to everyone.

Dr Bickert has been treating me for throat and ear issues. He is an absolute gem of a doctor. He carefully and meticulously explains the diagnosis, what a procedure involves, and answers all your questions. His office manner is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr Bickert.

He proceeded then to tell me the he too had one the same issues and that there was nothing to be done about it and proceeded to tell me all about his issue. Excellent surgeon, excellent staff. Dr. Bickert performed a challenging surgery with expert skills. He is patient, calm and thorough. Highly recommended.

It is rare to find a doctors office that genuinely cares about you as a person, and I can honestly say that Dr. Bickert's office is an office that cares about their patients. Dr. Bickert and his staff have always been so kind, so caring and courteous and they have gone above and beyond for my family and I several times - that is more than any other office has ever done and we have been to our fair share of doctors. They always try to get us in as soon as they can, they even work us in when I know that they can get real busy. They are always so sweet and helpful with all my questions. When I need tests done or when my daughter needed surgery they were so helpful, and they make the stress of everything a lot easier by explaining everything. I even hear other patients telling Dr. Bickert "how much better they are" or how "thankful they are that he has helped them", and that speaks a lot to me. There are so many good things I could say about Dr. Bickert's office. I have been seeing him since I was in my teens and I'm now in my late twenties. Dr. Bickert always takes the time to address all of my concerns and give detailed explanations on what's going on. His office is a very relaxing environment and his staff is exceptional. Nurse Elizabeth really brightens my day. The thing I appreciate the most about Dr. Bickert is that he is conservative in his treatment. During my time as a patient of his, I've needed two surgeries and in both cases Dr. Bickert did everything he could to avoid surgery. When he found a cyst on one of my salivary glands he gave me different ways to treat it before he concluded that surgery was the only option he had left. Once he came to that conclusion, he recommended a second opinion just to make sure surgery was really the only option. Since I moved to Fort Worth two years ago, I've switched most of my medical care to doctors in Fort Worth, but I've stuck to seeing Dr. Bickert because I know I'm getting amazing care there. Mark has been treating our family for over ten years, and is amazing. I always find myself recommending him to friends. Medicine is truly not just his work, but his passion. He's honest and straight forward and I've always felt that I could rely on him to tell me exactly what I'm facing. When my daughter's case was especially involved and not entirely in his realm of expertise, he recommended we get a second opinion and fully supported our treatment decision. His office staff is friendly and supportive, too. We just love nurse Elizabeth who lights up the room every visit. We've never had any billing problems or scheduling problems. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bickert and his office staff. Dr. Bickert is most compassionate and kind. He takes the time to explain in detail your medical issue and how to treat it. Kelly is an excellent receptionist. She greeted me with a smile when I arrived and was most friendly and courteous. Elizabeth, who took my information in the examining room, was very friendly and attentive. I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Bickert and his staff. They are awesome!

The Dr Bickert should be a model to other physicians who wish to have their patients have a productive, informative and excellent outcome. He is professional and has a quality of presence that make's you feel that you've made the right decision. I was reluctant to have the full procedure but his explanation of the various possibilities but I am finally (after 40+years) breathing "normal" Thanks Dr.

I had what I thought was a lump in my throat but my PCP told me it was nothing. I went to Dr. Bickert to discuss a hearing problem and while I was there I asked him about my throat. He knew immediately that something was wrong and after a CAT scan and an ultrasound, he removed a cyst that was pinned between an artery and the main facial nerve that controls the right side of my face. It was a challenging procedure and he did it with expert skills. He is patient, thorough and calm.

You will like him until his ego gets in the way. Does not listen to patient. Cares more about what he thinks and his experience versus how the patient is feeling and how long they’ve dealt with the problem. Insurance denied ct scan because they wanted an ultrasound first. The doctor wouldn’t do the ultrasound and didn’t care about the patient getting the ct scan. Patient has had swollen lymph nodes for 4 years.

I love how every time I have to go how courteous and kind everyone is. I truly appreciate how Dr Bickert teaches me why it is I feel the way I do and gives me multiple treatment options.

I highly recommend the office of Dr. Bickert. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions. Dr. Bicker took the time to see me as a whole person. He addressed the specific medical issue and also reviewed my medical records (as they pertain to ENT) to ensure nothing was missed. He explained all findings in a way that was easy to understand, yet in detail.

The ladies who work as staff here are great, they are very friendly & outgoing. The doctor & his wife are not quite as friendly, but that is not a reflection on the doctors qualifications by any means. The office is nice & clean, & the ladies who work here make up for it.

Best Doctor I have ever been seen by. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Waited forever to get called back and they asked me to arrive 20 minutes early. When you leave work in the middle of the day for an appointment it is inconsiderate to make patients wait that long. Especially with no one in the waiting area. Still waiting to be seen......

Dr. Bickert has been amazing in looking for answers to my pain. He found I had a deviated septum and right before surgery he explained everything in detail and seemed genuinely concerned for me. I've had lots of surgeries where I barely get a hello. He is a very thorough doctor, and the only one I trust. Dr. Bickert takes the time to explain things to you in a way you can understand and not make you feel stupid. His office staff is super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Bickert!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bickert and his staff for many years. He has performed three nasal polyp surgeries on me over the years. I could not ask for better treatment and care from Dr. Bickert and his staff. He and his staff are knowledgeable, considerate and caring. Attributes that are hard to find in the medical professions today. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bickert to anyone in need of his services. Dr. Bickert is very thorough, accurate professional in this field. spends a lot of time with patients asking a lot of question and discusses previous history to make an accurate assessment, and suggest the most suitable course of action. I highly recommend him.
