I was amazed how friendly and professional the staff was just like the old days when doctors cared Dr Block was the best find in Boca Raton

Dr. Block saw me at Boca Wound Care and admitted me to Boca Regional Hospital. After I was admitted he told me he would see me after I was discharged. I had Merca on my toe and the hospital had calll another DPM and I had surgery to revome part of my toe. Hes never came to see me or called. Called off of a Google listing to make an appointment. Woman who answered the phone was so rude and short. We literally said we would call back later and hung up. How on earth is that woman the voice of the company? I won't be calling back... Going back to Google for another listing.

I have to say coming to this office is always a wonderful experience. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Block and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! They are so friendly, caring and always get me in right away when I have any foot issues. Visiting Dr. Block's office is such a pleasant experience. I have recommended Dr. Block to all of my family and friends!

I have had a fungus on my toenail for years and have been to various podiatrists and have not had great success until Someone recommended Dr. Mark Block ...I Must say I was a little hesitant but as soon as I stepped in the office the girls in the front made me feel comfortable & put my mind at ease and Dr. Block is so caring, kind and best of all a great Dr. and now there is no fungus among us. I don’t usually write reviews, but I am totally shocked at a one star review for Dr. Block! I can’t believe some one had a complaint about the office staff! I have been going to Dr. Block for several years and truly find his office staff friendly, caring, and professional. The staff greets everyone by their names and are always polite. The review I read and what I experience when I go into the office makes me wonder if they have the right physician. It is a pleasure going to a physician who cares as much about his patients as he does and it shows in the office staff he hires. I had gone to 2 different podiatrists in Canada and the US as well as an orthopaedic surgeon who were unable to help me. I was unable to walk without pain because of a lump on the bottom of my foot. All thrnother doctors told me I woukd just have to live with thr pain. Dr. Block was very thorough and figured out immediately how to help me. The lump is gone and i am able to walk without pain. I would highly recommend him. His staff is also amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Most disappointing visit - Dr Block has very poor bedside manner - Unfriendly, cold and distant - very poor diagnosis with little or no explanation- all he wanted was to give me shots which I declined. Plus I had to wait an hour and half.

Would NOT recommend. Took my grandmother for her bunion, Dr. Was very short and snappy, seemed to be having a bad day. Women at the front desk was Most concerned about selling supplies, which I found out that was completely unnecessary. Patient care was certainly NOT a concern. .

Dr. Mark is amazing! Very thorough and well educated was able to help answer all of my questions. The facility was easy to find. I'm believable staff and excellent customer experience. I will be recommending to EVERYONE!

After my son broke my toe I went to see Dr Block. They were very helpful getting me in quickly. I only have good things to say about the doctor and his staff.

I recently injured my foot and was referred to Dr. Block. I was shocked at how quickly he was able to see me on such short notice. The whole staff was super friendly and despite the circumstances, they made it a very pleasurable experience!

I have been a happy patient of Dr. Block since 2011 and I strongly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a good, caring podiatrist. I have sent family members and coworkers here who have the same opinion. Dr. Block takes the time needed with each patient and his staff is extremely friendly and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Block's since 2004 and can highly recommend him for any kind of foot issue. He has made my feet operational after numerous over zealous walking trips, sports injuries and broken foot bone due to walking into a suitcase. I have found him very knowledgeable in his treatments and extremely thoughtful when it comes to a treatment/procedure. He will not recommend a procedure just to receive payment from insurance if he feels it is not right for you.

I have been seeing Dr. Block for heel pain for the past 5 month and I can say that Dr.Block took care of my discomfort and pain with injection and orthotics. I wouldl recommend Dr. Block to all my family and friends

Dr. Block is awesome, efficient, professional, and kind. I fell and hurt my foot. He saw me that same day. I highly recommend Dr. Block as a podiatrist. The staffs are very nice, helpful & professional.

Dr.Block is an AMAZING podiatrist!! I have been seeing him for ingrown nail care for years and every time I am always 1000% pleased with the results! Dr.Block is so nice and really knows what he's doing! His staff is also so nice ! And his nurse is THE BEST! I don't ever want to go to another podiatrist ever again!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Block for many years now. The staff is like no other, they are extremely attentive and focused on all your concerns and needs before, during, and after your visit. I have been seeing Dr. Block for my foot pain and he has the best equipment and the cleanest office I've seen in comparison to other doctors I've visited. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Block. I am finally pain free after seeing you yesterday. Walked around with what I thought was a broken toe for 2 weeks. Kept saying it will get better. I didn't even feel the shot you gave me and I was terrified after having a bad experience some 30 years ago with a doctor in NY. You and your staff were amazing. No broken toe, no pain...and I'm a very happy camper. :)

Dr. Block is amazing. He is very smart and knowledgeable about his profession. I have been going to Dr. Block for five years now. The office manager is amazing and will help you in anyway that she can if you have any questions about insurance, appointments, or products. Dania, the nurse, is extremely attentive and nice. I find Dr. Block to be incompetent. I went to him as I was having pain toward the back of my foot. He diagnosed bone spurs and gave me a serious of three injections which were ineffective. He also sold me a liquid anesthetic which I could use to lessen the pain. I questioned why I had ever gone to a podiatrist, and made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon (a real doctor). Without even seeing the MRI he thought I had a torn tendon which was the correct diagnosis.

THREE visits. Ingrown toenail. Kept going to wrong toe. Does not look at you but stares into "that folder". Pain got too bad to deal with him. Went to another Dr. and in one visit he took care of it. I don't get all these good reviews- maybe it's just me. ps- tries to sell products that are "way overpriced". Tack-eee.

I went to Dr. Block on the recommendation of a number of friends that also have him as there podiatrist. His staff is very knowledgeable and helped with all my insurance questions. Dr. Block is treating me for the fungus on my nails and at this time my nails are looking much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Block for all of your podiatry needs. His staff is friendly, funny and super to chat with. I had such a pleasant and comfortable experience and his office is modern, clean. Betty

Horrible experience. I went to Doctor Block because i had some foot discomfort. They took some x-rays as part of my initial consultation and told me they would alleviate my discomfort with a series of cortisone shots every 2 weeks, starting on that same initial consultation. I went one more time for another shot and they never disclosed to me any other information besides the cost of my consultation. They said everything was taken care off. It was not until when i cancel my 3rd appointment the day before, when they sent me a bill with the real cost of this treatment i was receiving. When i called inquiring about the bill, their message to me was 'we dont care. you gotta pay'. I inquired about this doctor and this type of practices. I didnt like what i heard. Shameful practice. I requested a waiver for the remaining balance due to the doctor's office's staff malpractice and they completely blew me off.Their staff didnt even bother to acknowledge it was their fault not informing the patient (me) of the potential cost of the treatment. I have filed a formal complaint through my health insurance provider, i wrote a letter to the Florida Department of Health, Florida Board of Podiatric Medicine and Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. Most likely they (Dr Block) will end up sending my bill to collections as a way of retaliation and thus try to ruin my credit. The staff is second to none, they were able to answer all my questions and put any hesitation I had behind me.
