Superior care by Dr Mark Bauner - good listener to all symptoms I was experiencing. He had very clear and concise answers to my questions. I was very pleased with my ER visit. He was extremely helpful & I'm feeling much better. I would highly recommend this Physician to family, friends, anyone! Nurse David was also the best! Thanks for all the great care.

He diagnosis and treats you via chatting with his nurses and nurse practitioners from his central office. He speaks to you in person only if issues arise. He spends most his time at one of the many computer monitors that crowd Emergency. When he spoke with me he was in a hurry, impatient, refused to listen, walked away while I was talking with him. His remote diagnosis of my illness was inaccurate and he seemed overly anxious to put me in the hospital. I refused his service and left Emergency

It took me 5 years to find a Dr to listen to me and try to work with me by asking questions and researching as many of my files as he could find to help diagnose my health issue and get me where I needed to be. He IS my hero!
