Horrible. Way overpriced. Rude. Bad work.

Had a fibroma removed from the inside of my lip I was told that the $ 732 fee included everything including sending o the lab for Testing i now receive a bill for $190 from the lab and Burne"s office disavows any responsibility totaly outrageous will be filing with BBB as well would not ecommend pure bait and switch.

I'm searching for a good periodontist this morning and reading varied reviews. Dr Burne and staff performed a professional, pain-free wisdom tooth extraction for me last year and I could not have been happier with the staff, service and performance. All of my charges and potential sinus surgery charges were explained to me in advance. I recommended a friend from work to Dr Burne and she couldn't have been happier and more appreciative. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing oral surgery. The great experience prompted me to seek out Dr Burne for his recommendation on a peridontist. Dr. Burne and his nurse Jill were amazing. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and they were very accommodating and welcoming . He also did not try to talk me into procedures I didn’t need. A couple of months ago I had a dentist tell me that all my winston teeth needed removed, but after looking at my X-rays Dr. Burne advised me that it was not needed, that only one needed to go, saved me almost 10k. He drilled an implant into my sinus cavity, then later reinserts it poorly (as per my following surgeon) requiring additional skin grafts; and raised prices several times during the course of “treatment.” 7 years later and I still have nerve damage in the area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

My teenage daughter was booked in for a consultation for wisdom teeth extraction. My husband took her to the appointment and during that time x-rays were required. My daughter was taken into a separate room where x-rays were taken however, the proper protective apron was not put on my daughter. This was very upsetting and when I phoned to inquire the staff told me that it's optional and that the patient should request it. I was so alarmed by this response that I asked to get my consultation fee reimbursed where I was denied. Furthermore, the unprofessional behavior of the staff was very discouraging. The assistant that discussed the procedure with my husband kept referencing 'It's a free country" when my husband requested a certain option of drugs and payment. Over all Terrible experience for my daughter and my husband and even with the carelessness of the staff not protecting a patient from radiation they refused to correct the issue with an apology or reimbursement. Very friendly, knowledgeable and caring.? One of the few doctors that only recommend procedures that are really really needed. A rarity!

Dr. Burne and all of his employees run an exemplary office. I needed3 teeth extracted due to health issues. He came in took his time to thoroughly listen, called my dr and gave me a game plan. His employees are friendly to customers and each other. Going there for the extraction I was nervous but was quickly comforted. A few hours after my surgery, I received a call to check and see how I’m feeling as well as to be sure I’ve eaten as well as any ques I may have. Dr Burne is a 10!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have been recommended to Dr. Burne. I had to have (tori) removed from my mouth (Google tori for more info) basically it is extra bone above and around the teeth. My tori were extremely large. It could be a painful surgery if you had the wrong surgeon. Dr. Burne and his staff made my three surgeries extremely easy, comfortable and PAINLESS! He is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him.

I am a practicing dentist and has watched many oral surgeons in my long career. He is one of the best! He is not only an oral surgeon but a physician! Dr. Mark has more training than most and it shows in his quality work. I highly recomend coming to a skilled caring practioner.

The dr. himself is very nice. His staff on the other hand are rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. In my case I received phone calls to my place of business instead of my home or cell which disrupted my work. I received the treatment of impacted wisdom teeth removal. I have been in pain almost 2 weeks now, mind you no pain killers. When I call to speak with someone about this, I am told I will be called back. When they don't call back and I do, I am told again they will call back. They never did.

Dr. Burne is great. However, I had to have surgery on an urgent basis. The office staff would not help me with my Care Credit, and I had to pay for the surgery before I was allowed in. I was told that my claim would be submitted asap and I would be reimbursed just as soon as my ins. paid. My claim wasn't received when I checked with claims weeks later. When the insurance did pay, I was not promptly reimbursed. I begged, told them I was broke, no compassion. A week later, still no $.

By far the best dental experience I have ever had. Would reccomend the office to anyone!

Dr is very professional. Staff is very friendly. They accomadadted me in so many different ways, I would reccomend this office to anyone.

I was in pain with my wisdom tooth . I called to make an appointment and they saw me that day. I went in the office and everyone was friendly. Dr Burne is very professional. My experience was pain free. Dr Burne was able to fit me in their schedule the same day . I was very pleased with the office and appreciated everything they did for me.

I am very pleased with Dr. Burne and his staff. They were very pleasant and professional with my entire experience. They were honest with my treatment and did not give me treatment I did not need. I will continue to seek dental extractions with Dr. Burne whenever I need them.

I was very nervous before the surgery and during, I know I was emotional but the staff made me feel very comfortable and they are all so nice! I would reccomend them to anyone for any oral surgery work. I would like to thank the staff at North Port Oral Surgery for being so wonderful and nice to me.

Doctor was professional, everyone was very sweet. They saw me right away and procedure was done in the same day , everyone was very informative. I was very nervous but the assistants and Dr comforted me and made sure I was comfortable and made my experience pain free .
