I had a very positive experience with this business. The entire staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Cepela did an amazing job. I had upper and lower eyelid surgery and full face laser treatment. I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Cepela.

All I can say is that Dr Copeland and his staff are the best. I had upper eye lid skin removal and I was taken care of with the utmost care. And after my surgery I was given a call personally from Dr Cepela to check on me.

My eye doctor found skin cancer on my lower eye lid and referred me to Dr. Cepela. I needed to have 2 surgeries on my eye and the lower lid completely resonstructed. Dr. Capela and his team were so confident and professional and it made me feel much more relaxed about the situation. Every step of the procedures were well explained and the results were amazing! I am still going through the healing process but if you could see the before and after, you'd truely be amazed. I FULLY recommend Dr. Cepela and thank him and his very competent and caring staff for all of their help during an uncomfortable situation! Dr. Cepela's professionalism, kindness and expertise are outstanding and highly recommended. I had blepharoplasty surgery on my lower lids to remove bags. So far so good. It has been almost 4 weeks. I am gradually seeing a difference. I am a women of color and didn't see too many photos of women that look like me. I think in about 3 months it will look perfect. I highly recommend Dr Cepella. You will see my photos soon.

I was told there was one patient ahead of me, but not seen by the doctor for 1 1/2 hours during which time no one came into the room to explain any delays. When I left the facility after 2 1/2 hours, close to closing time, the waiting room had ten people in it (some were asleep). The doctor has excellent training/and is perhaps brilliant, but he examined my eyes for issues for which I had no complaints. He recommended cosmetic work, which I cannot afford.

The main problem with Dr Cepela is that he schedules his patients tooooo close together and that causes others to have to wait way past their appointment time; also they always have an excuse for being late(we had an emergency).I will give him credit for doing great surgery.

Dr. Cepela is very professional. Explains procedures thoroughly and addresses patient questions and concerns clearly. I would highly recommend this doctor.
