Friendly Staff , Dr. East is very diligent , meticulous cardiologist who pays attention to detail. Smart clinician with latest knowledge in the field of cardiology.

I am a new patient of Dr. East, and so far, I am very well pleased. The 1. thing I admire about Dr. East the most, is that he listens to his patients, to me that is the most important way to get insight into assisting & affectedly navigate a patients healthcare.

Dr.East is a very caring doctor he listened to his patients and you know that this is not just a job that he wants help you in every way he can Iam so blessed that he is my doctor ❤????♥

Every time I go to my appointments, I feel that this is a man of God, who really cares about me & my health and not all about the $$$. I highly recommend him to anyone needing cardiac care,you'll be in good hands ????????

If I could give Dr. East and his staff a ten star rating I would. He is an excellent cardiologist. My 1st visit was a lasting impression. Upon arrival at his office I was greeted promptly. Good listening ability along with patience, and sensible.

We refer everyone we know and meet to Dr. East and his staff. He is a born again believer, Duke prepared and holistically cares for each and every patient and their families. He is designed by God and called to this work. He is a critical thinker with excellent outcomes!! Praise the Lord for this practice!!

Dr. East is a phenomenal doctor. He is professional and honest physician which is rare. He has been my Mother's Cardiologist for years and the staff is great. He provided quality care each and every time he saw her. Recently, Sentara Princess Anne hospital stated there was nothing they could do for my mother and once my mother was out of ICU, Dr. East transferred her to the Heart Hospital at Sentara Norfolk General under his care and completed a procedure and now my mother is home recovering well. Dr. East is my step-dad and brother cardiologist. My stepfather was very pleased with his visit and with his staff. Dr. East took his time listening and performing all the appropriate test that was need for his care. Dr. East will not leave the room until he has listened to all your questions and concerns and you understand all of his directions on taking your medicine and any future medical care. Dr. East makes me feel like family, he will pray with you and for you to ease your fears and makes you feel at peace. When I leave Dr. East office I always leave feeling refresh and happy. I've been a patient of Dr. East for well over 15+ yrs. Not only is he an EXCELLENT doctor but his spirit is top notch. His entire office staff are wonderful people. I won't trade him for any other heart doctor in the world!! He is #1 in my book. And my husband likes him. He's a praying doctor as well.

I LOVE HIS PERSONALITY. HENIS SO KIND, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE HEART. HE PRAYS FOR ME EVERYTIME I HAVE A VISIT. HE TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME BOTH TIMES I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DR.MARK EAST!!!

Dr East and his staff were very personable, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He listened intently to my concerns and addressed each one. He went over and above his speciality to get further help that I needed. What more can you ask for in a doctor. I didn't ever feel like I was rushed, nor just a number. He and his staff are carrying and genuine people. I highly recommend them to anyone with a cardiac need. I thank God for him.

They sent me out of network without telling me, so now I have a bill I can't afford. They also sent me two duplicate bills, and they waited five months to process claims through insurance. Stay clear of this place. It's sad because he seemed like a really good doctor at first.

Dr.East is outstanding he took my husband as a last minute pre-op appointment he gave great personalized attention even though it was last minute! Dr.East is great the appt date was 08/30/17 he covered everything and didn't take short cuts..called the doctors office personally to keep everything on schedule! Dr East to be very personable and I would highly recommend him; however his staff is very unprofessional. Starting with the young lady at the front desk (rude and condescending, the gentleman that checked her vitals was unable to get blood pressure or temp, the young lady that drew blood half filled the tubes, nails were too long. I have no issue with students learning but they all seemed uncaring and incompetent...Appt was 10:15 did not see doctor until 12:20.

Dr. East is a wonderful doctor. The only issue is a few of his front desk staff are unprofessional.
