Dr. Geppert operated on my Achilles almost a year ago. Pre surgery he explained everything step by step(pros and cons), I felt very informed going into surgery. Today, almost a year later I had my final visit with him. Again, very informative, so happy to say I feel fabulous!! Thank you Dr. Geppert and the entire staff!

Seacoast Orthopedics and Sports Medicine's Dr Mark Geppert corrected a severe flat foot deformity I had from 11 years ago. I didn't believe anything could be done to stop the pain in my foot and subsequently, over 11 year, my hip. Dr Geppert was upfront and transparent that the surgical cure was "big" and recovery long, but I committed. Yesterday was my final exam and my foot is completely pain free and repaired. It looks so normal, I'm so grateful. Excellent surgical skills and a compassionate and relatable person BRAVO!

My experience with Dr. Geppert was nothing short of miraculous. I had a severe bunion and hammertoe on the second toe; my foot was extremely deformed. Dr. Geppert's surgery was flawless and I have straight toes and am pain-free for the first time in years! The procedure was explained clearly and I knew what to expect. Appointments were timely; I never had to wait to be seen. Nurses and staff were professional, pleasant, and helpful. When I called with a question, Dr. Geppert, PA, or a nurse called on the same day. Dr. Geppert's expertise as a surgeon is amazing and I trust him with my feet 100 percent. I am already planning on doing my other foot when time allows. I am sincerely grateful for this care and healing I was given.

Dr. Geppert and his staff helped me recover from a difficult patella fracture. Time and circumstances connected us but I always felt I was the most important patient while with him and I received skilled and compassionate care. He thoroughly answered all my questions (and I had a few!) and was very responsive to emails through the patient portal. I would recommend Dr. Geppert.

These days I find it difficult to find physicians that will take time, listen, and react with great care. Dr. Geppert's ENTIRE staff; including Meghan, Finn and Leah were amazing, and I truly appreciate their efforts.

I received treatment from Dr. Geppert after I had fallen and hurt my Achilles. I had initially sought treatment for my fall, 2 months prior when I fell, by another doctor in a different practice but was not able to be seen because of Covid. Two months later, when my Achilles didn't feel any better, I contacted Seacoast Ortho. I was seen in the office within hours by a PA who put me in a walking boot and ordered a MRI. After the MRI I meet with Dr Geppert. He was direct, to the point and told me I needed surgery as soon as possible to my RUPTURED Achilles (that I had been walking around on for 2 months). He explained very clearly what was involved in the surgery, what the rehab would be and what the prognosis was. I was scheduled for surgery in just over a week. Everything went just as Dr Geppert told me it. Within in 2 days of surgery I was able to get around on the knee walker, I had rented, with very little pain. I did all that he told me to do and when he told me to do it.

I did all that he told me to do and when he told me to do it. My stitches were taken out within time frame he told me, the incision site looked great and I had no problems with that. When he told me I was able to bear weight on it, I did. When I was ready for PT, I started that. My physical therapists were amazed at how great I was doing just over 2 months post surgery. They told me that they see a lot of people with this kind of injury and not many with the range of motion or healing that I had. In short, at 65 years old, I had major surgery on a ruptured Achilles by Dr. Geppert. The surgery and my rehab have been great thanks to Dr Geppert and went just as he told me they would! His knowledge and skills have enabled me to get back to my normal activities with few limitations and minor 'aches' 5 months post surgery. As he told me the rehab process would probably about 6 months and it would take a full year to really be back to normal! I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a situation like mine. He was great; skilled, direct and to the point, just like how I like it! Thanks to him I am back to being my usual active happy self!

My foot is ruined after a fusion he did it don’t take a genius to make the foot flat not tip it way to the right now my foot wants to roll over when I walk on un level ground not happy at all.saw other competent surgeons and they said it was fused, but wrong. Trying to find the right lawyer at the moment

I went to Dr. Geppert at Seacoast Orthopedics in the spring for a painful protrusion on my right ankle that made walking sometimes very uncomfortable. I had heard several people comment that he was not personable, and had no beside manner. I never found that with Dr. Geppert. We all have bad days! Besides, are you seeing him for his extraordinary talent as a doctor or his glowing personality? To the naysayers - I am surprised as I had a wonderful time with Dr. Geppert leading up to the surgery and after visits. His time is so restricted he doesn't have it to sit and discuss anything with you but your case! Dr. Geppert explained to me that mine was a common problem, and would require surgery. We set a date for surgery, and he was supportive, personable, and again explanatory, and understanding to the fact that any surgery is a bit scary for anyone, at any age. I felt confident and grateful to have Dr. Geppert as my surgeon, and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Geppert and his staff are first rate in every way! I could not ask for better treatment or consideration during my recent foot surgery and post surgery care!

Dr. Geppert is a very knowledgable and skilled surgeon. He diagnosed my rare foot injury and repaired it so that I am functioning 100% with it two years later. I keep in touch with him whenever I run into any foot/ankle issues. I have since moved from the seacoast but if I am ever to run into an orthopedic issue that requires surgery, I am making the trip back to New Hampshire to see him.

Dr. Geppert and his crew have been fantastic! DOL Doctors are difficult to find, and Dr. Geppert helped me get my injury accepted for Federal Workman's Comp. Dr. Geppert's crew helped me with getting papers signed, filed, and sent, so I would not lose my job. They are a team, a crew, a wonderfully staffed and professional group at SOSMED, Christy, Monica, Jess, Anita, Leah, Marlena, and Kala are just part of the team that have been helping me. I have surgery with Dr. Geppert next week!

I’ve had three successful surgeries with Dr. Geppert. I’ve always been very well informed of the procedures as well as what to expect and what to do for recovery. Scheduling appointments was easy both pre-and post operation. I’ve recommended Dr Geppert to several friends.

Incredibly talented surgeon. Very caring and available. Staff was friendly and approachable. I needed urgent surgery I was scheduled quickly. I am now well on my way to a complete recovery ahead of schedule.

Had surgery for two torn ligaments in my foot. I am a Martial Arts teacher and need them to keep practicing and teaching. Very happy with results. My feet have the least pain in over four years. Thank you

After trying many different doctors to relieve the pain in my foot Dr. Geppert did surgery and the pain is gone, I am very happy with the results.

Very competent. Listens to patient. Brief and to the point.

My visits with Dr. Geppert were all good. After many attempts he made all the pain and soreness go away. Had many surgeries also he was excellent in explaining all he would do and my recovery. I would strongly recommend him to anyone..

Dr. Geppert is a very nice person and has done a great job on my hand. I recently had carpel tunnel surgery and I am very happy with the result. My hand feels great, but also looks great! You can barely tell I had surgery a few weeks ago?or at all! Thank you Dr. Geppert :)

I've been having issues with my toe for almost a year. I had a bone spur that continued to grow. When I couldn't take the pain or diminished range of motion anymore, I made an appointment with Dr. G., after doing research online and talking to my doctor and friends. I couldn't wear most of my shoes. I was limited to wearing ugg type boots or slippers. I am so glad I called him. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I have already recommended him to 2 other friends.

Dr. Geppert is an excellent surgeon. Not very chatty but he does explain that is going on and the best way to go about fixing your problem.

Referred by my Primary Care physician to Dr. Geppert for ankle pain. His diagnosis was accurate and confirmed by an MRI, -an old, surgically repaired injury from 1971 was in need of cleaning up. Professional and courteous from the outset, I am very near 100% a scant 2 months after surgery and ready for the impending golf season without pain, thanks to Dr. Geppert.

I am very satisified with the hammer toe(s) procedure Dr Geppert performed. No complications with surgery. What I was told about the before & after surgery were spot on. I highly recommend Dr Geppert for hammer toe surgery!

I had a severe broken ankle while out of town, I called and made an appointment to coincide with my return flight, I saw Dr Geppert and was operated on the next morning. Follow up and therapy was timely and appropriate. It has almost been a year and my ankle feels 100%, no pain no restrictions. Very satisfied.

I recently had elective surgery to correct a hallux valgus on my left foot. Dr Geppert met with me and discussed the procedure in detail and answered all my questions about the procedure and the recovery process. He made sure that X rays were taken before and aftet the procedure and has made sure that the bones are healing in the right way. I am very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Geppert and his staff at Seacoast Orthopedics.

Dr. Geppert surgically repaired my badly broken ankle this Spring. After following his post-op recommendations I was able to return to normal activity. I just came from my 6 month follow up and everything has healed perfectly. Thanks to Dr. Geppert and the staff at Seacoast Orthopedics, I was able recover fully (which is something that was not guaranteed with this injury). If ever faced with a similar injury, I would certainly be a patient of Dr. Geppert's again.
