Dr. Mark Richard Gordon

Dr Gordon was the best periodontist in the area by far. He did diagnose and cure the issue i had which was overlooked by my dentist. I was so lucky to find Dr Gordon. He was very knowledgeable, and caring. Amazing Dr. If he didnt treat me the way he did in a timely manner, i would have lost some teeth by now. I wish he did not retire so soon.

Totally agree that “Carol” has cost him business. She is a huge detriment to his business. I spent $5000 on a laser treatment that didn’t work but was so put off by her that I didn’t show up for an appointment. I’ve taken very good care of my teeth via Dr. Frinett Kasper after the laser treatment and nothing has changed. He’s a great guy - his wife shouldn’t be in the front of the house.

Excellent visits, treated very well, very professional.

How is this office still in business with the Doctor's wife Carol running the show? She is the most unprofessional Front Desk person I have ever had to deal with. Maybe the Gordons don't care but a healthcare provider should not speak to patients with that tone.

DR. Gordon is fine, but his office help at the desk is unprofessional and frankly rude. However, if dr. Gordon tolerates that his patients are abused by screaming, yelling, out of control secretary who can't comprehend basic scheduling issues, he does not deserve to have patients. I switched to another doctor, love it.

Unfortunately I cannot give Dr Gordon a good rating. During my appointment, he was surly and unpleasant. He has poor chairside manner and it's evident he barely cares about the opinion and concerns of his patients. The overall feel of his office is unwelcoming and it doesn't get any better upon meeting Gordon.

Dr. Gordon has been a wonderful periodontist for me. He has a gentle, unassuming manner. He takes pride in a job well done and I feel very taken care of. His staff is equally helpful and flexible. I would recommend his services to my family and friends, anytime.
