Dr. Harrigan did a GREAT job on removing a 3cm tumor from my roommate's brain back in 8/2008 & she's VERY THANKFUL for having Dr. Harrigan 's help!!!!!

Dr Harrigan is a brilliant man! His humor and awesome bedside manner are so far above par, that it was an absolutely humbling experience and a great honor to be his patient! The fact that God used this man to help heal me of the moya moya disease that has caused me so much trouble is beyond a blessing which renders me grateful, hopeful and excited about my future God is awesome???????????????????????????????????????????????? Admittedly at first standoffish but after being around him a bit he loosened up. I would not want anyone else to do surgery on my brain! He is excellent and Tracy is awesome! Great team and great care !

Dr Harrigan, MD and his staff are awesome. He called me at home over a weekend, you ever had that happen I haven't. I will say he is all business. He is in my opinion the smartest best spoken man much less Doctor I have ever spoken to, his advise, you do not need surgery. He put me at ease in the beginning as to his expertise and assured me if we had surgery he would handle it. After that we examine MRI of brain and neck. His conclusion was a 20 min presentation as to why not. I am thrilled that we have at UAB a man this smart and this caring of his patient is superior. He very stand offish dont give u a chance to SPEAK or ask questions And act like hes seeing me for free with BCBS INSURANCE 0 STAR TRACY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING He dont need to deal with public ; RUN!!!

Thanks again for the AWESOME opportunity that u & ur Nurse Practitioner: Tracy Taylor provided for me after that 3 cm meningioma was removed from the left parietal love of my brain back in August of 2008 Dr. Harrigan!!!!!!!!

I suffered a brain bleed in 2014 Dr.Harrigan saved my life I went to bed an never woke up my wife found me unresponsive when she found me I was also not breathing she started to PRAY long story short was life flight to UAB Dr.Harrigan did surgery repaired the the Aneurysm reputure that was 3years ago I am now fine.

My daughter saw Dr. Harrigan, after being ref. by a vascular surgeon. He never laid a finger on her! He basically told us that the ref. should have never been made with him (although he had spoken with the ref. dr and said he needed to see her) He appeared disgusted with the test/treatment the ref dr had done. We live 4 hours away and drove up the night before, since he will only see new pts on Tues @8am. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with our wasted, expensive visit.

Having blurry vision and pain on my left side. My primary doctor wanting me to the ER. I was their about 12 hours. Dr. Harrigan came in to let me know that they found a tumor on the left side of my brain. He walked me through each step as well as his nurse Tracey Taylor. I prayed to God that I turn this over to him, in order him to through Dr. Harrigan. They were with me through this whole process. He agreed God truly is amazing, he thought it was cancerous. God blessed me with the staff.
