I am very satisfied with Dr. Mark Jones and his staff. Very lovely people. I would recommend anyone looking for a good doctor that he will be the one. Very nice person.

Gentle manner and hands

Upon arriving at 8 am, I was immediately checked in by Sarah, who was smiling and full of energy and enthusiasm. Extremely pleasant Sarah #2 called my name and escorted me to the examination room to get an update on my records. The X-ray technician was equally amiable and professional. Dr. Jones entered the room with a warm hello and introduced his assistant, Julia. He was very compassionate, understanding, and thorough as health explained in great detail the X-ray results and options for treatment. His highly skilled, calm, and patient approach are truly admirable. Dr. Jones and his staff are beyond amazing. Thanks to you all!

Very nice and caring doctor. The facility always clean and the staff is great.

I love Dr. Jones because he makes you feel comfortable about the decision to have surgery or not. After surgery I was glad he answered all my questions or concerns. The staff is also great.

Extremely competent, aways shows compassion and is wholly dedicated to recommending what is truly best for his patients. I couldn't ask for anything more in a physician?

Due to chronic knee issues, I see Dr. Jones twice a year. He is always kind, compassionate, and answers questions patiently. Thank you Dr Jones!

Doctor Jones and the entire staff was extremely pleasant, warm and professional. Upon meeting Dr. Jones for the first time I immediately felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Orthopedic Surgeon.

Dr. Jones, no relation, is so gentle and kind. He is highly skilled and professional. I've been going to OrthoVa for a long time, actually when they were Advance Ortho. I happened upon Dr Jones when I found a location that was closer to me. His PA is just as good. Dr Jones and his practice come highly recommend by me.

There's nothing negative to say. Friendly and professional people from start to finish. When I walked in, I was greeted by a polite nurse who was patiently waiting for a patient to join her from the waiting area; she directed me to the registration desk where there was no waiting and where the kind efficient lady behind the desk assisted me. In short time after I sat down in the waiting area, the same nurse returned to call my name. Back in the exam room, she asked great questions and listened intently. Unlike in many past experiences, she did not have me feeling rushed to explain my concerns. Right on the other side of the rear door of the exam room was an x-ray room with a nice and competent technician and the best x-ray equipment that I have ever seen, and the process was quick! The best part was that there was no need to walk through the building to find an x-ray room. Dr. Mark Jones greeted me with a handshake, professionalism, and an overall great disposition. I can't remember the last time a doctor greeted me with a handshake, even pre Covid-19. Dr. Jones also asked great questions and listened well. Dr. Jones was also very informative. The injection he gave both of my knees began working right away; I had a better quality of life that quickly. I left OrthoVirginia with a complete understanding of what the next step would be, when it would be, and of what Dr. Jones would be doing on my behalf in the meantime. I did research before choosing Dr. Jones because my medical experiences with my issues have not been attentive. Dr. Jones was the right choice.

Dr. Jones is just simply excellent. He has the best bed side manner I have ever experienced. He explains every detail of treatment and he is so nice and friendly. He really listens and he cares about his patients. He is smart and knowledgeable about your problems and he is a very skilled one of the best surgeons ever. He did all my joint replacements and I had wonderful results and after care. I am still a patient when the need arises.

Dr. Jones explained in concise detail what was wrong with my knee, and I left comfortable and confident in the prognosis and treatment path he prescribed. He is definitely the surgeon I will use at knee replacement time. Will just need to determine which vanity plate I should get - "TRMKNEETR"' or "ROBOCAP"

Dr Jones has one of the best bed side manors I’ve had. I feel he really listens and does what is best for his patients!

Dr Jones did an excellent job on giving me my knee injection. Most defiantly recommend this doctor for your Ortho needs.

Dr. Jones is the BEST! He is thorough, professional, kind, and so caring. He replaced my left knee in May, 2017 and replaced my right knee in January, 2021. I had such an easy time and recovered quickly. I trust Dr. Jones completely!

The best. Simply the best.

Staff was courteous. Always answered my questions. Dr. Jones is always very kind and respectful. He takes time to explain every thing in a manner that I will understand. He never makes me feel he is in a hurry and doesn't have time for me. I am fortunate to have him as my Dr.

Five years ago, this able surgeon did joint replacement for each of my knees at a four month interval. It changed the quality of my life. In addition, he has a Charleston Heston voice which calms the soul. I highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr Jones for over a year now. He is very professional and has a lot of compassion for his patients.

He's not only an amazing doctor, but an exemplary human being. Few doctors give you the time and absolute care they possibly can.

Dr. Mark Jones is a very competent orthopedic surgeon. He has a friendly personality and is an excellent communicator. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years and would NOT consider leaving him. He listened and was truthful.

We appreciate Dr Jones's care. Just wish that ortho VA could do a better job with scheduling. We have never had an appointment when we haven't had to wait an hour past the time of the appointment just to see the doctor. We understand about emergencies, but if emergencies happen every day, then planning needs to be adjusted

Dr. Jones at Ortho- Virginia was pleasant and professional. He answered my questions in an easy to understand way.

Dr. Jones is a very well respected and he has performed a couple surgeries on me and they both were successful. He cares about his patients and his services are much appreciated.

Dr Jones is a wonderful listener, caring and skilled physician. He goes out of his way to help your pain and make you feel comfortable.
