Having spent a career in Acute Care Hospitals doing Operations Management I found this practice to be exceptional. I was referred by my regular ophthalmologist for evaluation of a specialized issue with my right eye. I found the experience to be very satisfying due to the Courtesy, Cleanness, Professionalism, Thoroughness and Efficiency of the doctors and staff. Ability to communicate effectively answering all questions without being rushed; especially during Interaction with Mark M. Kaehr, MD.
Dr Kaehr put me at ease from the very beginning. Surgery was scheduled for the following week and it was just as he had described. I was awake but medicated throughout the procedure and there was virtually no pain. Post op was the same. I took Tylenol that day and the next (mostly because I was afraid if I didn't take something there would be pain) then I was fine. I would recommend Dr. Kaehr to everyone.

I really can’t say enough. I was diagnosed with a torn retina on a Saturday. He assembled a team and did my much needed retinal surgery on Sunday morning. Follow up was thorough. Other eye was also susceptible for tears, due to me being very nearsighted all of my life, prior to having cataract surgery. He explained the situation, and told me my options. I got a laser treatment done on that eye, and he said that it doesn’t mean that I won’t have issues, but it greatly decreases my chances of having a big issue. I recently had a small issue. He got me in, and all’s well. As stated, I can’t say enough. He’s thorough, straightforward, and a cool guy. Highly recommended. I really can’t say enough.
