Dr. Mark A Kyle

I didn’t even get a chance to see Dr.Kyle because his receptionist Divian is extremely unprofessional & rude. Even though they accept my insurance, she insisted I pay upfront in full cash upon arrival. I requested her to make an appointment & her first response was “do you work in an office that you think busy professionals can just grant you appointments when you like? Tell me what kind of office have you worked in where this happened”? Why my profession is relevant or her business was beyond me. I just stated that if they have no availability, that’s understandable. She later called me after 3 hours and asked if I was able to make an appointment else where? I said, I did & she told me “thank you for wasting my time, that was so rude of you to pick another dentist” & just hung up on me. I tried calling back & she proceeded to continue to insult me. I am shocked at her lack of decorum. I left Dr. Kyle a vm to discuss this. Definitely not a practice I would recommend to anyone. The work Dr.Kyle did was great-I got a bite guard in late 2018. My insurance sent me checks for the payment to Dr. Kyle, which I deposited and sent in to pay for the services. Now, suddenly, three years later I am getting the same bill with the claim that I never sent the money from insurance. (I did, I even went back through my bank records to double check). Every time I call the office I get an answering machine, and no one will call me back. The bill is threatening to send this to collections even though it was paid three years ago. The work Dr.Kyle did was great-I got a bite guard in late 2018. My insurance sent me checks for the payment to Dr. Kyle, which I deposited and sent in to pay for the services. Now, suddenly, three years later I am getting the same bill with the claim that I never sent the money from insurance. (I did, I even went back through my bank records to double check). Dr. Kyle is patient, considerate, and knowledgeable. I love the fact that he was considerate of the fact that I had anxiety on my initial visit and the fact that I am in treatment for Stage 4 Cancer.

I have seen Dr. Kyle three times, each time was GREAT!!! He does a superb job and is very pleasant. I have told my friends that, if they need a dentist, give Dr. Kyle a call. Excellent!

Wonderful and amazing Dentist. Very personable and friendly and caring. Very trustworthy and I always know he is never doing any unnecessary x-rays or services to make a few extra dollars. The only Dentist I trust. Have been seeing Dr. Mark Kyle 20+ years and have referred many friends and family to him as well!
