Dr. Landeros & Nora are always attentive, professional and make me feel like "family" instead of just a patient. Had to wait a bit longer than usual but I'll chalk that up to covid regulations. Front office receptionists appeared to be somewhat frustrated ... I would think it's because of the new registration process that is all online. Many patients had not completed this task prior to their appointment which must have also caused some of the delays. I would still Highly recommend Dr. Landeros especially because of his involvement with breast cancer issues. He's truly sensitive and caring, especially when you have to deal with this and you're scared. He takes the time to listen, explain the situation and outcomes.

Follow-up post operation.

It was very disappointing that my appointment was at 1030 and I did not see the doctor until 1:00. This is ridiculous.

Absolutely love Dr Landeros. Very kind, caring, intelligent person. 5 years ago he saved my life. Hopefully he will do it again today. Trust him completely.

If you're looking for a really good Surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Landeros. He just performed a removal of a cancerous cell behind my right ear. He did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. Removing my stitches proved to hurt more than the healing process right after the surgery. He was very good at explaining what was going to take place and helped to put me at ease before the surgery. I highly recommend him if you need a good surgeon.

Excellent surgeon, takes his time to explain the procedure. My surgery was very successful; no problems and we are 3 years down the road. Highly recommended.

Poor bedside manner. He actually asked me "why are you here?" I have a small solid fibroadenoma in left breast showed up on last 4 year's of mammos. No biopsy only mammos -7 over 4 years ultrasounds and breast MRI. It got slightly larger based on my mammo last year so of course my doctor referred me back to Landeros for the third time in 4 years. He was dismissive and made me feel like I was wasting his time. His staff called meto make the appt after my latest tests results were reviewed

Dr. Landeros is a highly skilled surgeon and a caring doctor. The results of my melanoma surgery was successful and I am cancer free. I am very grateful El Paso has such a competent oncology doctor.
