Dr. Lee was exceptionally caring and compassionate with our son who had a fractured femur. Dr. Lee did two surgeries on our child a year apart. The second was to remove the installed hardware. CT Childrens Hospital and Dr. Lee gave the utmost support to our child as well as to us through a difficult time and especially with the COVID restrictions. We would like to thank Dr. Lee for making this experience the best it could be and with an excellent outcome. Dr. Lee made countless mistakes following my daughters spinal surgery that led to her death. She was 7-years old.

Dr. Lee is a very caring and patient centered doctor. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team!

I would highly recommend Dr. Lee. He helped my teenage daughter in an emergency situation. He is wonderful. He also was so kind and patient with a set of stressed parents!

My son was in an ATV accident back in Aug in Maine he had surgery on his elbow and wrist. Dr. Lee saw my son previously for a spine issue so we figured we would make an app with him when we got home since he would need to see an Orthopedic. A couple months into my sons recovery his OT which she is a hand specialist suspected that my son sustained nerve damage. She would send Dr. Lee her assessments and he would tell us that thank you for her opinion but he did not agree with her, that there was no nerve damage. He told us that our son had chronic regional pain syndrome. Going as far as sending us to a pain clinic which felt like a psychiatric evaluation. After months of Dr. Lee telling us our son did not have nerve damage we decided to take him for a second opinion. First doctor was a hand doctor that absolutely suspected nerve damage and wanted to see us back after we saw a nurologist. My son seen a nurologist today and again confirmed our suspicion. We will not know the extent of the damage until he has his EMG. I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Lee. I don't know if it's and ego thing or female thing that he would not consider what my son's OT was telling him she suspected. Every visit he would tell my son he had to do more work when he was doing so much and came a long way from where he started. Nurologist said a lot of his hand weakness is due to muscle loss and nerve damage :( I will not see Dr. Lee again as I do not trust him with my sons health. Update: My son had his EMG which confirmed nerve damage in his ulnar and median nerves.
