Although they say they will, they don't work with patients who are still in pain after having braces on for several weeks. Dr. Minium even seemed to think it was funny when I went in nearly three weeks later and mentioned that I was still in pain. Even after a week had past and I was still in severe pain, they would not give me anything stronger than OTC meds and I had to go to my PCP to get relief. I definitely would not recommend Minium and Kearns Ortho to anyone with very sensitive teeth.
Excellent orthodontist and possibly the nicest person on the planet.
