I was thrilled to get an appointment with Dr Montgomery's office after a month of suffering from a (recently cured) sinus infection, but I should have known there was a reason why they were the only office with available appointments. To start, I should mention that the ladies at the front desk were lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, Lisa Browning was not. My "favorite" moment during the appointment was when LB told me that I was actually never sick, that I should have never been prescribed antibiotics, and that I simply have TMJ. I wanted to be open to whatever theory she had so I gently questioned, if I was never actually sick, why did I have a fever/body aches/post-nasal drip during those 3 weeks? That's when she SNAPPED at me that she didn't know, and that I should have come to see her instead of my GP because GPs don't know anything about sinuses. What? LOL. She talked down to me throughout the whole appointment and honestly, wasted my time. I will never return to this office

Don't cancel your appointment. After a few cancelations they threaten to throw you out as a patient. I had cancelled 3 times because I was sick. But if you go their sick, they don't want you there in fear of catching covid. It only shows how much they really care about their patients. Oh well, looking for another doctor now..

Helped me out with a frequent nosebleed issue I was having and got me all sorted out in one appointment. No nosebleeds since my visit.

The 5 star review was very deceiving. I came to this office with discomfort and slight swelling by my right ear, Dr. Hadley saw me, cleaned out my ear and said the discomfort I was feeling was due to the buildup of ear wax. Next day I woke up with excruciating pain and more swelling than before. Had to leave work to stop by the office. Dr. Hadley saw me for about 5 minutes and told me I had swollen glands. Put me on an antibiotic and said I should start feeling better in two days. Went the whole weekend still in pain. By Monday I woke up in worse pain and swelling than before and throwing up, called the office and left a message since the doctor wasn’t available. Dr. Hadley called back saying he wanted me to get a ultrasound to see what was going on. I went same day to another office to get the ultrasound and they said they would send it over to Dr. Hadley same day and he would call me to go over the results. Being in terrible pain and swelling which I explained to him multiple times and had a trip out of state in two days (I told him this almost two weeks at my first appointment) I figured he would’ve called me the same day he received it, which the radiology center told me when I called to ask that they sent it to him that same day. I couldn’t sleep that night from the pain. I had to call the office almost two hours after opening asking for results. Dr. Hadley called back said I needed a different antibiotic because the first one he prescribed me wasn’t the right one for this bacteria I had causing this infection. Sounded irritated when he called me. Guess that’s what happens when you leave a angry toned message explaining how much pain you’re in and they obviously don’t care to take it to heart. Never ordered any blood work to be done. Just guess work from the looks of it being I’m still in pain and swollen. I called the office and left a message asking if I am safe to fly on my trip with this infection and swelling. Never got a call back. The ladies up from were great and sweet but other than that, I’d stay away from this office. Going to have to find a ENT in Arizona I guess so they can help me with my pain that Dr. Hadley couldn’t fix in two weeks. The 5 star review was very deceiving. A diamond in the rough! Dr. James A. Hadley is one of a kind. God broke the mold when he created Dr. Hadley. Dr. Hadley takes time with his patients, very caring & gentle. Explains everything. Very honest & upfront. I have a rare autoimmune disease & Immunological Deficiency; I'm blessed Dr. Hadley specializes in these rare diseases. Nurse Adam is fabulous with connecting with patients & ensuring communication between the doctor & patient runs smoothly. If any information missing, Nurse Adam's will ensure it is obtained. From the moment you call to make an appointment to checking out, Ms. Carol is very through in scheduling and assuring your health insurance will cover (she will provide you information) & great follow-up. Arriving to your appointment, you are greeted by a lovely & professional receptionist (sorry I forgot her name). The waiting area is professional & perfect air environment. I have not met the audiologist yet, I'm confident, she will be "top class" as well. Overall, the Practice of Mark H. Montgomery, MD is stellar within their specialty & within the medical profession. I believe Dr Montgomery and his staff are respecters of patients' time. They are well organized and wait time is minimal. Dr Montgomery is very knowledgeable and through.

I have been going to Dr Montgomery and Jan Dolan for 5 years. I have always received prompt treatment and friendly, respectful service from them and their office staff. Robin is especially kind and helpful.

I strongly recommend Dr. Montgomery. I have been a patient of Dr. Montgomery and Jan Dolan (his PA who works with asthma and allergy patients) since moving here in 1997. I routinely see them for allergy treatments (including prescriptions and immunotherapy) and occasionally when I develop a sinus infection. Everyone in the office including Dawn, Susan, and Virginia has ALWAYS been kind, professional, and friendly. When I am in extreme pain from sinus infection, they fit me in.
