I am so happy I chose to go with Dr. Murphy and his team. The procedures I elected to get were a lower face lift and the CO 2 laser. This was a daunting surgery for me so I definitely did my research and what I found that sets Dr. Murphy apart from the others was he was very patient, considerate, doesn’t rush and puts a lot of thought into the operation. Dr. Murphy was good at putting me at ease. He explains what to expect before, during and after surgery so there are no scary surprises. The after care was top notch and second to none. What an amazing experience I had with this office. From the first call with Savanna, meeting Dr.Murphy all the way to the assistance from their office clerk Tiffany. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and made you feel like you were family. Their dealings were fair and honest. I would recommend them over and over again.

Where do I start! You obviously start with finding the best surgeon to do a rhinoplasty but the entire team at Dr. Murphy's was incredible during the entire process. Tiffany helped me set up a consultation during a time that worked when I would be in FL, Melissa and Savanna were incredible with all the details for pre-op, all the lab work that needed to happen as well as post op. I truly felt like the only patient they had at each point, so cared for. The anesthesiologist had the best "champagne in your veins" and eased my fear of the needle. I would consider this an outstanding experience initial consult with Dr. Murphy and also with surgical coordinator. I had 2 other consults for a facelift/necklift with doctors ( in Boca Raton) both of excellent reputation so I have reasonable comparison. All the offices were beautiful. All 3 doctors were quite attentive and double board certified. But, I felt that Dr. Murphy was actually a bit more thorough and seemed to have the most time for me. He seemed confident yet relaxed and I felt unrushed and I felt that he really "listened". Dr. Murphy appeared very concerned about the post surgery experience and making for the best result possible and unlike the other doctor, includes more follow up visits post surgery and insists on a nurse ( not a spouse or a "friend") to help out the first 24 hours. I liked that! One downside, I must say was that his surgery fees were significantly more than either of the other plastic surgeons.That may be a serious deterrent for some people since the cost for this already is pretty high and of course, cosmetic surgery is non-essential. At this point in my journey, since I can't speak to the surgery, itself, the biggest difference however, was with the surgical coordinators. Tiffany @ Dr. Murphy's office was the warmest and most helpful by far. She has responded to all my subsequent questions and concerns quickly and pleasantly and patiently. The coordinator at another plastic surgery office was actually pretty brusk and focused mostly about when I was a going to set a date and pay the initial deposit rather than my concerns and questions about the actual surgery. Specifically, I wanted to come in for another short consult to discuss a possible eye lift at the same time and the best she could offer me was : 1) I could pay the deposit, set up a surgery date, and wait till the pre -surgery appointment 2 WEEKS BEFORE the surgery and decided then with the doctor if an eye lift was also which indicated OR 2) She could offer me a follow up consult in June. Seriously. Hands down, best experience so far and it has given me a lot of confidence heading into the future. So I went here for a rhinoplasty consultation and had another consultation for somewhere else the following day. I’ve wanted this for 10+ years so I wanted to make sure I found the right doctor. Dr. Mark Murphy is such a genuine person! After doing an extensive amount of research online I finally booked a consult with his office. From start to finish he was so warm, understanding, very professional, and His staff is the same way! Dr. Murphy and his staff are incredible. He revised my facelift that was preformed by another physician. The results at day 12 are already incredible. Unlike with my prior surgery there has been minimal bruising which is 98% resolved. He had to correct issues with my chin line and ears. Physicians experienced in revisions are rare. I consulted with three other physicians before selecting Dr. Murphy. I definitely made the right choice in selecting Dr. Murphy even though it meant traveling 4 hours each way for appointments and making housing arrangements for my stay in the area before and after sutgery. After my educated search process to find the BEST doctor for a Rhinoplasty it was clear to me that Dr. Murphy was the only way to go. I first want to say that Dr. Murphy's work and bedside manner is 5/5 stars. I had a rhinoplasty here a year ago, and he accomplished everything I asked for and more! My nose looks perfect now and exactly how I imagined it. In addition, they sent me flowers while I was recovering and a free hydrafacial in their office. Dr. Murphy and the woman who did my facial are 5/5 stars. However, their "sales" tactics could use some work and that's where they lost a star from me. The girl who booked my appointment, Sumeia, was very intimidating. I came in for a consultation and was still "shopping around." when I told her I was still looking around and would come back to her if I decided I want to come here, instead of immediately making an appointment, she went from sweet to cold. It was almost a little scary. All of a sudden she was demanding to know why I didn't want to make an appointment, and I said it was the price. She lowered the price, and I said something excitedly/jokingly about how I couldn't believe she lowered it that much ($9000 down to $7500) and what was the catch? She rudely responded, "Maybe if I were you I'd just take it and stop asking questions then!" isn't the point of a consult to ask questions? despite her rudeness with me, I did make the appointment and I enjoyed the results. We recently located to the area and were referred by a new friend who is extremely particular not to mention I have been a RN for 40 years. We were greeted kindly by the office staff which many of us know is not always the case. We immediately felt comfortable (my husband even liked him-that gets ten stars). I went to Dr. Murphy for rhinoplasty. First off, the staff and Dr. Murphy are so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I had my rhinoplasty six weeks ago. I struggled my whole life with a crooked nose and low self esteem because of it. I would always stand on one side for pictures and even still usually didn’t like how the picture turned out. Several years ago I had Mohs done on my face at the dermatologist then went directly to Dr. Murphy to have him close the incision. He did a beautiful job & no one could tell when it healed. Getting rhinoplasty has always been something I’ve wanted practically my whole life. My biggest fear was going to a surgeon, getting rhinoplasty done and completely ruining my face. It’s very important to do your research. If you’re getting facial plastic surgery it’s always best to go to someone who specializes in facial plastic surgery and not a broad spectrum of procedures. Went for a Rhinoplasty. I decided after doing a few consultations Dr. Murphy was the best choice he understood what I wanted and was confident he could do it. My results are simply amazing I’m still healing so it’s only going to get better. The fact that he was confident and delivered exactly what we talked about is all I needed. However his staff goes above and beyond just that they are there by your side from consult to recovery every question, Every concern.

Heather Grey is the best facial Esthetician will you ever come across. I met Heather about 15 years ago, In Vero Beach Doctors office, when someone recommended her to me for a facial. I was blown away with her care of me, and of my face, such pride in what she does. To the point, she moved to Palm Beach, so meant I had to travel or find a new Esthetician. A New Esthetician was not an option for me. I would travel 3 hours for her, she is that awesome. We take pride in our face's after all its really all we got. Heather will do her magic, and you will feel and look beautiful before you leave her office. She is so knowledgeable in the right products for your face, she is not a sales pitch person. She will tell you what products to use and how, up to you where you take it from there. I can not say enough good about her work, she is just a beautiful, humble, sweet person. I will tell you as knowing her all these years, she doesn't sugar coat anything, all honesty with her. I love that about her. I have just returned again from a visit to the very delightful but professional office of Dr Mark Murphy. I reviewed this practice after a consult , but now, after having surgery by Dr Murphy a year ago, I am testifying to how pleased I am with the results! Several things have changed besides the physical office and my physical face , both for the better ! I am so delighted with the results but not surprised because I chose the right person and was confident that Dr Murphy would do an awesome job. Given his reputation and wonderful educational background and awards , I walked into surgery with no fear. The consult was so thorough and Dr Murphy makes sure you have had all necessary medications before surgery to prevent pain or brusing is a testament to his perfection. I had no pain although he did several procedures . I never felt one minute of discomfort and I was shocked by how great I felt immediately. A visit to the Secret Garden for after care was a wonderful vacation where you are pampered and taken care of like a spa. Actually I opted for a second day because I felt wonderful being taken care of by trained nurses who made sure all of my needs and medicstions were given as Dr Murphy would want them, including being driven back and forth to follow up visits every day . If you're looking to have surgery , or other procedures , use someone who only does face. No one here is more qualified and will never suggest a procedure or a pin prick that isn't necessary. If it won't make a change in an undetectable way , he will tell you the truth ! My testament to a great job is trusting a docor with my daughter . Unless I am more than thrilled I would never allow my daughter or any of my family to go. My visit today was a tiny tweak and check up but I found some beautiful changes in the physical office but also the business manager . Seeing a charming office manager like Sameia Najjar, is a huge improvement. It is necessary to speak with Sameia before scheduling an appointment. Dr. Murphy and his staff are second to none. Initial consultation was very informative, with options discussed thoroughly. Dr. Murphy gives you all the time you need for your questions and concerns. The result of my procedure was fabulous, and so natural looking, and took years off my appearance. Recovery time was exactly as expected. All of his staff are wonderful as well.

By far, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a doctor. Not only is he personable, but his knowledge and integrity make you feel safe. He takes time to explain procedures and discusses what is best for you. The office staff is very welcoming and the office is beautiful. Dr. Murphy did an okay job with a mini-face lift but not with the fat transfer to the eyes. I had to go through an extra surgical job to remove excess fat that he transplanted under my eye. The upper lid was also overfilled as its heavy and makes new wrinkles. With the lower part, I'm permanently stuck with a fat pocket near the nose close to the lashes. I am very disappointed and frankly freaked out at the tune of over $16,000. It's a nightmare. I thought he'd be expert with his credentials but I guess not. I don't think he's good with needles! I spoke with Lisa when I scheduled my appointment for a consultation with Dr. Murphy She gave me the average cost at the time for the procedure I was interested in. I met with Dr. Murphy today. He was very pleasant and listened to me about what my area of concern was. I have no doubt that he would be a fantastic surgeon. However, after being given a cost analysis which made my jaw almost hit the ground. I told Lisa I would have to speak to my husband. She promptly walked me to the credit card machine where I was told I needed to pay 250.00 for the consultation. There was absolutely no mention of that prior to my appointment nor anything on the necessary paperwork that I had to fill out. In my opinion that was a little fact that I should have been told ahead of time. I would have taken that into consideration. As much as I like Dr. Murphy and would love for him to fix my flaws I felt that Lisa was a bit underhanded regarding the hidden fee. Besides her attitude went from very sweet and helpful to snarky and dissmissive as soon as I didn’t commit. I didn’t pay it after she told me to just forget it. She did say she would write that down in my chart. I guess that comment was meant to warn me somehow. I never said I wouldn’t go ahead with the procedure but now no chance of that. I had a Squamous Cell Carcinoma on my nose and needed MOHS surgery. Several people had referred me to Dr. Murphy to do the MOHS reconstruction. And man oh man - was it a reconstruction! My dermatologist took a HUGE chunk out of the tip of my nose on the first round and left me with a hole the size of a nickel. Dr. Murphy did an incredible job at putting me back together and has made my nose look better than ever! I'm beyond pleased with my results!

I had the very professional, but delightful experience of having a consult with Dr Mark Murphy and his office manager, Lisa! What a difference dealing with people who are kind, knowledgable, and make you feel immediately at home. Lisa is a keystone of this practice giving warm and personal advice before you are even given an appointment. I knew more about this practice, his qualifications, and what he will do and say , through talking to her pre-consult. I actually could not wait to meet this charming lady and really anticipated how comfortable I would feel there. I'm so glad that both Lisa and Dr. Murphy gave me all the time I needed to ask the hard questions that a potential surgery patient would want to know. A relaxed but efficient practice is here, no pressure or hard sell, no pointing out of defects that need my immediate attention as most plastic surgeons would do. Dr. Murphy does not suggest more than the minimum of procedures instead of a laundry list of must haves. I am impressed by the education of this physician , his well trained staff, and the educational degrees he has earned. If you're looking to have surgery on your face, use someone who only does face. I literally spent 4 years looking for the right Plastic Surgeon both in NY and in Florida. I knew immediately that Dr. Murphy was the right choice. He took his time explaining the procedure as well as what he thought I needed to have done. At the end, I couldn't be happier. I definitely took off around 10-15 years and I look very natural. No facelift look or puffiness. I would recommend Dr. Murphy to anyone who has been wary of doing surgery. It is definitely worth it.

My first and only experience so far with Dr. Murphy and his staff was exceptional. After having a MOHS procedure at my dermatologist, Dr. Murphy did the closure. Although fairly small on my face, and it's only been 2 weeks ago, you can barely see where the closure sutures were. I feel confident that with time it will no longer be noticeable! I was so fortunate to have found Dr Murphy and his staff. The Best! I now see "me" in the mirror. If you are considering any type of facial improvement, from surgery, non surgical procedures, products, etc...you need to contact this phenomenal team of people. They make your dreams come true.
