Dr. Mark Scott Polasky

Dr Polasky was recommended by a friend in Grafton. I had pain in one of my molars after biting on something hard during dinner. I thought a filling was loose. Dr Polasky was not available and I was seen my another dentist in the office. After Xrays and exam, it was suggested a wisdom tooth was impacting the molar, or there was an issue with my gums. I was referred to a dental surgeon who extracted the wisdom tooth. Today, about 5 months since that first visit, the molar broke. The front 1/4 of that tooth broke off. It seemed to have had a hairline fracture that was not detected during the visit to Dr Polasky's office last year, which gave way. I am disappointed that the issue was not discovered and treated to prevent the fracture. I do not regret the wisdom tooth extraction - it would have been needed sooner or later. I do regret the misdiagnosis that lead to the broken tooth.

I have been going to Dr. Polasky for years now and I have never had an bad experience! I always feel welcomed, and they make sure that you are comfortable the entire time. The office is very clean and staff very friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Caring, kind, honest, reliable and professional; I highly recommend Dr. Polasky!

I have been seeing Dr. Polaski and his wonderful team for well over 20 years, as has my whole family (child through adult). I would feel safe saying he and his team are the best on the entire country! Safe, professional, gentle, FUN, and very reasonably priced. Seriously— I would recommend no one other than Dr. Polaski!

Our whole family loves Dr Polanski and the office. Been going there since moving into Grafton 17 years ago, now bringing 3 kids as well. Always on time and very professional and friendly.

The team at Dr. Mark Polasky Grafton is awesome and feels like a family to me. The staff is super friendly and everyone working there makes me feel comfortable at all times. I generally get easily overwhelmed with dentists, but they make it easy and painless. Never have to wait and the visit is always a success!

I've been seeing Dr Polasky for 20 years. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff are professional and accommodating. They have always been wonderful with all of my children and patient with the varying degrees of dentist anxiety! Highly recommend!

Candidly, I have not met many folks who greet a dental appointment with excitement, but if you must go, this is the place to choose. The staff is competent, punctual and friendly. With ample experience, Dr. Polasky is effective at explaining options in dental care that suit the individual. Best of all is his wit. Now if he would just agree to spruce up that hair color--maybe a few blonde highlights--he would be the coolest dentist in the county.

He and his staff were over the top great to me! They made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain my options in beginging the process of getting my teeth healthy again. This dental office is out of network with my dental insurance and i have to pay alittle out of pocket to go here, where if I went to a different Dentist I may have it all covered. I have had Dr Polasky for many years and I always liked him and his staff. I can’t say enough about them. Dr Polasky has always been very personable to others and especially to children and I think they all respect him . A very good dentist and he had wonderful hygienist.

This is a great dental practice. Office staff is very friendly, helpful, and organized. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so. Have been a patient for a little over a year, and for the first time I don't dread the dentist. Dr. Polasky is a good soul, and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

This is a really great full service dental office . I am very picky about who does my dental work . The Office is clean . No long waits . Both dentists are very talented and the hygienists are all really great . Front desk is very pleasant . Overall five stars and two thumbs up.

I have been going to Dr. Polasky for about two years now. Ever since my first visit I have been extremely impressed with the practice. They have always been on time and have me in and out in a jiffy. The staff is extremely friendly and comforting. I have never had a better dental experience!
