Dr. Rabiner is a very sensible and dedicated to find solutions for his patients, at least he did it and does it in my case.

Dr. Rabiner is by far the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. Not only is he knowledgeable and thorough, he is also caring and compassionate. His office staff is incredible. Always willing to help in anyway they can. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Rabiner and his staff.

Ten days to request a referral and still not done. The staff does not speak to patients on the phone. 7 calls in one day, hung up on 5 times. The worst customer service.

Dr. Rabiner is great, and he is very attentive.

The worst experience I’ve had with the doctors office in 53 years. Cherry who is supposedly an office manager there ignored my calls and messages for seven days . Five to be exact followed up with two phone calls where she gave me an attitude as though she was doing me a favor. Those Seven days were mired with enough ignorance and neglect to have an important medical procedure cancelled Cherry then gave me a handful of blatantly dishonest excuses as to why. Dr. Mark Rabiner is an excellent Doctor. His knowledge, experience, and follow-up are priceless. I am very pleased by his drive to research & gather medical information to assist in my care. First visit to establish a relationship. He had already read my records and health history. He came to the meeting with proposed plans to improve my health along with my input. We established goals for what I wanted to accomplish. I look forward to a long partnership with my new Primary Care Physician.

You don't have enough space in order for me to cover all the positive qualities that Dr. Rabiner exhibits. I'm a 65 yr. old male (Widower) who was literally on Deaths Door when he became my physician. After setting 6, 12, 18 and 24 month goals (All that have been achieved) I never have felt more hopeful and optimistic about my future moving forward in my life. I honestly believe without the good fortune of having found Dr. Rabiner I would not be alive 2Day. Enough Said Thank You Doc.

It has been my best experience with my PCP. I strongly recommend Dr Rabiner for quick thinking, great professional skills and a pleasant demeanor when working with patients, his patient’s centered approach has been especially supportive to me and my family. His high quality of his service and dedication has distinguished him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rabiner now for a year and he has been nothing but SUPERB! Between his earnest care for my well being ( both physical and mental) and his extensive medical knowledge, he has been the best doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His office staff are professional, thorough, and easily accessible at any time for any letters that I may need or issues that I surpringly had with my pharmacy. Since I travel a lot, I have found the ease of meeting with Doctor Rabiner via telehealth incredibly helpful. He takes all the time that's needed to listen to my questions and ideas about my medical treatments and I have never ever felt rushed when meeting with him. You can tell that he genuinely cares for the well-being of his patients. He promptly follows up with any test results that are posted in my chart, and if I ever have an urgent matter his office is usually able to assist me in a very timely manner. I happen to have an HMO which requires referrals and Dr Rabiner's practice has made that usually difficult process incredibly easy. I've been able to get referrals promptly for any issues that I may have. In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Rabiner as a general practitioner to care for your overall health. Dr. Rabiner is a compassionate and outstanding physician. His care and concern for me worked into miracles. I appreciate and am grateful to Dr. Rabiner for discovering my cancer just in the nick of time. I would not be here right now if it were not for this wonderful, dedicated physician. I am very happy with Dr. Rabiner He is a great physician and a great human being who really takes care about his patients and addresses all their concerns. I talk in my behalf and in my Sons behalf Federico who is really happy with Dr. Rabiner as well.

Dr Mark Rabiner is the best family practice physician I have ever worked with by a long shot. He engages you as a person; he partners with so you can achieve your health goals. He is very knowledgable and compassionate.

Terrible! I wish I could give negative stars, 1 star is too high. The office rescheduled my appointment several times without giving me a heads up & then they made my appointment a video call. I recieved the invite to the call & logged on about 10 minutes early. I literally sat there staring at the screen for OVER AN HOUR waiting on Dr. Rabiner to decide to join. I called the office several times while waiting & his staff literally told me lie after lie to keep me waiting. From "he dialed in early & went to the next person" which wasn't true, then it was "he's about to join your call now" also not true then it was "now he's on the phone with another doctor". The staff clearly will tell you anything just to get you off the line. No one cares about the patient here & the apparent disregard for your time makes this clear. He supposedly logged in 5 mins before me & couldn't wait but I'm expected to wait over an hour for a video call? No thanks.

Great Doctor!! He went over all labs and took his time to ask me all about what and how I was felling. He was not rushing me and helped me out a lot. He is very passionate and want you to feel good when appointment/TeleMed is over. I would highly recommend him for his compassion

Dr Mark Rabiner, MD is an Amazing doctor that cares and goes over all your needs. I really like him as my primary Doctor. You can talk about anything and he does not rush or make you feel like he needs to leave. I am happy he is a part of my team with Memorial HealthCare. My Team #TotalHeartCare

I had my initial visit with Dr. Rabiner after changing PCPs. I was very impressed with the time he took to review my current and historical health history. Looking at my overall medical history and understanding me as a patient is very important to me.

Took my Grandma to see Dr. Rabiner. He's a very empathetic and great Dr. who took a lot of time to speak with us in regards to my Grandma's healthcare. He really looks to finding patient centered goals and also involves the caregivers in the process. My grandma has since moved to a fulltime skilled nursing facility, but we are very appreciative to Dr. Rabiner and his staff. Took my Grandma to see Dr. Rabiner. I’m extremely pleased with my experience with Dr. Rabiner. In fact, he was the most attentive and personal physician I’ve come in contact with. He addressed all of my concerns while educating me at my level of understanding. I’m very glad that I chose him as my physician.

DR. Rabiner is rude and unprofessional. He was suppose to set me up for a MRI and call me back that day. He never called me back and after waiting a week found out he set me up for surgery. When I told the office I was suppose to have a MRI not surgery noone knew what happened.It then took another ten days to finally get a MRI appointment.After the MRI I waited 5 days with no call . I then called the office and they where rude to me because I was upset with the fact I still did'nt know what was wrong with me.Then Dr. Rabiner finally called me back and instead of giving me my results began to yell at me very loud and then hanging up on me never giving me my results.Him and his office make many mistakes and its my fault? I had to call back many times to finally get my results. Dr. Rabiner has no bed side manner and made a stressful time even worse. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so pleased to have the full attention of a doctor. Dr. Rabiner was the most compassionate doctor I have ever had. I left his office feeling positive and full of hope.

Dr Rabiner is by far and away the most conscientious & caring doctor I have ever been associated with. No one has ever communicated with me with answers to medical questions at various hours of the day & night quite like Dr Rabiner. I would recommend him to everyone who would need a physician.

My first visit today with my new Primary Doctor Dr. Rabiner was quite a positive and pleasant experience. I was very surprised to sit down with a Doctor that truly cares about your health and well being. He was thorough, informative and suggested some attainable goals to improve my life. In this day and age, it was so refreshing to be in the care of such competence.

I have had two visits with Dr. Rabiner and both exceeded my expectations. Not only is the Dr great in conveying what’s important for that visit but looking in a preventative way. One of the top five doctors I have encountered in my life.

He is my parents’ primary physician. Although my parents don’t speak much English, Dr Rabiner cannot be more patient and thoughtful, he listens and cares. He is also very knowledgeable and experienced. We are very thankful to have Dr. Rabiner as our primary physician.

Dr. Rabiner is excellent! He’s very knowledgeable and patient. And he remembers things about his patients, which makes you feel he actually cares. He takes his time to ask you questions and helps you to set up the health goals. I also like the staff working at his office. They are all very friendly and helpful!

Dr. Rabiner has been my PCP for about a year now and has done a very good job overseeing my healthcare. I have several serious issues that needed to be addressed and treated. He referred me to the best pain management team and tackles every issue as soon as it surfaces. He is a great guy as well and listens to you and makes you feel he cares and he really does. You’re in good hands here.

I am very impressed with this facility and especially Dr. Rabiner. I have never had a doctor take so much time establishing a baseline and making sure I was at ease. In the past I would avoid going to the doctor. I never felt they had my best interest in mind. Like I was just another number. This is no longer the case.
